I got a same day, first visit appointment. Everyone was friendly and compassionate. These are my cat's new doctors.

Very friendly, caring, gentle stuff, Wonderful Dr. Took her time for Ivan she didn't rush. Very knowledgeable. Im very happy

Very expensive. They use to be affordable, but now it seems they are just out for the high prices. They don't even offer a break on anything.

Arrived for my appointment and was taken in right away to the exam room. Lovely staff from receptionist, tech to Doctor. Can't saw enough good about my appointment. I was concerned about my pet biting since he is very afraid of being handled. No injuries! Very professional, if you need a vet for your "exotic ", highly recommend!

Our longtime vet. We don't live in the area any longer but continue to keep bringing our dogs there.

Today we had to make the very difficult decision to put our 13 year old golden retriever (Bentley) down and it was one of the most difficult thing we’ve ever had to do. Dr. Paula Engle and Taylor Lawson were extremely compassionate and caring for us during this time, and treated us with the upmost levels of service. They truly made this experience easier than I thought it would be, and can’t thank them for their assistance today while we put down our little man. I’ve never used this vet before as we just moved to the margate area, however, we will make sure to use their services moving forward due to their family/oriented and compassionate care they gave us today. Highly recommend!

They get your money & render no service. I would warn anyone to steer clear of this place. They do not help assist in any form or fashion. They clearly dont care about animals their objective is to bleed your wallet DRY! The doctors & the staff do NOT care you will spend over $100 just to glance at the doctor for 2 minutes with nothing done & they especially don't seem to care for helping pet owners of color. People of color stay away. Unless you want you & your pet to be treated poorly & to be over charged for no service at all then call these crooks. So unethical. Worst experience ever.

We finally found a place we love & trust for our 3 dogs! This vet takes his time to explain details and make you feel comfortable. I love what they stand for with animals. Highly recommend!

Very clean and pet friendly place. Every current doctor has an EXCELLENT bed side manner. They definitely have pet lovers as employees.

I took my dog to this vet for three years if not more time, and they provided great service. Now that I moved to another state I still kept ordering my prescription through them and vetsource. Last month payment declined because I changed my card and I called to updated so they asked for a new heart worm test and I sent them the results from my vet in Texas, now it seems this is not valid because I’m not coming to this vet anymore which makes NO sense because I called vetsource and they said I had three more refills on this medication anyway and they were kind enough to update my card.

If I sent the results that you were asking for and you took my money with your monthly senior wellness plan I don’t understand what was your problem refilling my prescription when you clearly could!

We have been taking our dog to VCA since she was 6 months old. She's going on 11 now. Staff is great, the doctors are great. The only thing is hold times are alittle long when calling in.

Clean facility, Kind and friendly staff members. Brought us to a room right away. Very thorough. Great doctors! Patched up my pet Caleb and prescribed treatment. They are open on Sundays too! Highly recommend!

Kenneth Little was absolutely amazing. He was very kind, honest and helpful. Kimberly, Kimberlie, Kami and Ashley were also superstars! There energy was what made this stressful (overthinking) experience well worth it.

I brought my cat (Angel, 4 years old) to this hospital for the very first time, two days in a row to make sure he was checked for acting weird.and they made me feel very comfortable. They provided me with wonderful phone customer service and over all in person made me feel less stressed for my little boy.

Highly recommend and I will be back!

Called to make an emergency appointment for my dog who’s having seizures and they said they couldn’t take him cause he’s never been there. Don’t call yourself an animal hospital if you’re just going to refuse my dog cause he doesn’t usually go there.

Dr. Paula wanted to put my cat down without even giving her a chance at life because my cat is paralyzed from the waist down. She had no idea what was wrong with my cat and was quick to say she had a poor health life. Quick to bring me a bill to put her down.

She wanted me to either put her down and not waste her time or try and get me for $$$.

She was trying to charge me $500+ for only an Xray. Ridiculous.

Please everyone, go the Hero's Veterinary Hospital that's only 25mins away from here. They will do everything they can to help your animals/family.

Their Xray is only $150 compared to $500 here.

This place is a ripped off due to the area.

My cat is doing well and it's been 2 weeks since Paula wanted to put her down. She's still alive and doing well.

With the proper care, and lots of love and attention, many paralyzed animals can live long and happy lives. Something Dr. Paula should learn!

Euthanized my old ill cat on 4/4 with doctor Paula
Engle was a horror. I was in shock; the peaceful end I
had hoped my friend would experience had instead
turned hideously painful and traumatic. That night, I
couldn't sleep, thinking how I betrayed my
companion of years while someone hurt and terrified
him. I couldn't shake the vision of my pet last
moments. Since I'd never experienced such a horrific
euthanasia, but what I experienced for that day
haunts me.this place and the staff don't have the
experience to euthanized animals. I had several old
and sick pets
euthanized in different places like Nine Live cats
clinic & Coral Springs hospital and never saw this
bad experience, so disappointed and angry (This
is not the way to put
down any animal, and there is no
excuse for it. It's hard enough for any
pet owner to put their animal down,
and then for a vet to be showing no
compassion, and just hurrying up to
the do it.is not a way to perform in any practice!

VCA hospital for Nelly is great. She likes everyone there. I also like VCA hospital also. It is the best place for Nelly.

Overall bad experience. Every service is over priced compared to other vets in the area. $70 for a standard exam and $90 for a heart worm test. Doctor advised results would be ready next day - it took 5 phone calls over three days to get my dogs results. Would not recommend.
