Veer Apartments, Orlando FL

This has been overall a smooth transition with the circumstances of moving in general. The staff is always efficient in ensuring their residents are well taken care of at all times. Safe area! Great and secure environment. The apartment community overall is a fun and interactive community to part of. Tommy also gets a 10/10 for just being awesome in assisting with my process from beginning to end.

I absolutely love living here. The view from my apartment is incredible, you can see I4, the Vineland Premium Outlets, and best of all, I get to witness the sunset from my window everyday. Rooms are airy and full of natural light. Everything is well maintained, and the doors, cabinets and walls are completely spotless. There are many unique features that were cool touches that make me like the apartments even more, including LED mirrors and pendant lights over the kitchen. The blinds are extremely stylish yet minimalistic and easy to use. There is plenty of storage space as well as living space. You truly feel at home when you live at Veer.

Furthermore, the location could not be any better. You have the O-Town West developments to the east, Palm Parkway shopping and Disney Springs to the west, Vineland Premium Outlets to the south across I4, as well as a plethora of restaurants and department stores including but not limited to Target, The Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack to the south east. Disney, Universal and Sea World are all within 15 minutes driving time from you, and places like Championsgate, Davenport and Dr Philips are not far away either.

Veer also has plenty to offer in the way of amenities. There is a resort-style swimming pool complete with sun beds and cabanas, a gym, a boardroom, a games room, a residential library and much more.

All in all, I cannot recommend Veer enough. The team have been extremely considerate and helpful throughout my time here, and will be happy to accommodate you at your new home. Five out of five stars easily.

Always a pleasure, your staff have always been the most courteous, attentive & efficient as well as friendly & helpful. The latest favor was Abby & the other young woman whose name escapes me at the moment but " thank you both " for simply helping me with packages to my door. Every thing you all do makes a difference!

In 2020 when I first moved in this place was amazing. Since then, that has drastically changed. The office staff does not care one bit about this complex, they act like they don’t even want to be here and refuse to help with any issue you bring up. Don’t expect them to answer the phone either. One staff member even raised his voice at me, extremely rude and unprofessional. Elevator always broken, gates never work, breezeways are extremely dirty, amenities never work or are not taken care of. Gate for parking lot says it closes at 6pm, but stays wide open all night. You also have to pay $10 a month just to park your car. Gym has a sign that it is 24 hours but closes at 11pm. All of the residents who were here just as long as me have moved out because of these issues. Save yourself the headache and look somewhere else. Relieved to have moved out of here.

I just passed nearby and I have to say, I'm impressed by how it looks from the outside.

This apartment complex decided after I had already filled out the application and paid the fees to apply to tell me the unit I applied for wasn’t actually available. And before applying, I asked for something on the top floor with a balcony, and they proceeded to tell me that the unit that I applied to that isn’t actually available didn’t actually have a balcony on it. And they won’t refund me my whole application cost because $75 of it was to run a background check.
Just find it pretty shady to not tell me it wasn’t available until after the fact.

Tommy was amazing! He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly and was the best tour guide.

Tommy was such a great help! Answered all of our questions, was very patient, and very informative.

In reality I received very good attention from the people who work there, the help of Zack and the girl who, forgive me, I don't remember her name; Regarding my concern, he was excellent and the situation was clarified. As for the complex in general, it has good areas, an excellent Gym, if you are looking for something full of amenities, I think Veer Apartment is the ideal place. The work team that is there is the best and most committed, let's hope they continue to be those nice people that I have met so far. Happy for our new move. Greetings and thanks

This place is amazing! Amenities & property are well maintained & clean. Tommy & team in the leasing office are fantastic as well. I moved down from out of state & they made my move-in experience smooth. They were super flexible & worked with me to get me the right unit. Definitely recommend.

I’m in love with my new place, The area is beautiful and building. The staff is nice and friendly… The property manager Janice is always joyful and cares about managing the property the right way! Maintenance is always there to assist you. Overall, I’m enjoying the amenities and peaceful, clean environment. This is what you call Luxury Living!

Unfortunately this community is not good anymore. I lived there for 2 years. It was amazing. It used to be clean, with welcoming team working and flexible policies. The only friendly and polite employee in the office is Andrew, the others looks like hate you. Everyday you see people moving out.it is sad, because the place ia beautiful. If you like people and happy places don't live there!

We were supposed to go for a tour today at 10am, my husband and I were there 10am sharp, no body answer the phone, no body open the door, no body reach out to us, so yes first impressions counts! As a result we wasted our time and gas for nothing.

I've lived in a 3 bedroom unit for 2 1/2 years and highly recommend Veer. Aside from being one of the absolute highest end residential communities near Disney World and Universal, it stands out for its staff. To explain, I'll share one anecdote: At one point, a bird got trapped on the top floor where I live, flying back and forth between the netted wind screens on a Friday afternoon. I unsuccessfully tried to catch it several times and eventually resigned to leaving some food and water for it outside my door. Sunday afternoon, I filed a maintenance request about it, not sure if anything would happen. However, as soon as the office opened Monday morning, I heard a lot of noise outside my door. It was the entire staff, too many people for me to count, cheering loudly after they managed to cut a hole in the screen so it could fly out. I want to thank all of them for being human beings, caring enough about a little bird to go to such an extent to save it.
