Veggie Thai Cafe reviews
20Cute little family restaurant. Food was very good, had great flavor and they had a wonderful array of options and unique items on their menu. Left full and happy!
Delicious! I have found my favorite restaurant in the area. The best and most delicious food. I will be back often, and get carryout. Fast, hot and yummy. Great prices and lots of options.
The only Thai place I've ever been that does not have any spicy sauces. They had a teaspoon of pepper flakes they gave me. Most Thai places have a spicy tray.
We got the fried avocado, vegan Rangoon, eggplant basil entrée and the tofu cashew entrée. The food was awesome! There were so many options, and I loved how patient they were while I figured out what to choose. I'm definitely going back.
I tried this place today for lunch and it was so good! The effort put into the presentation of the food is top notch. The food itself was perfect for me. Vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the vegan spring rolls were so yummy along with the sauce. We cleaned our plates and will eat here again before we go back home in a few weeks! There are no vegan restaurants near me so this was a real treat. Also service was 10/10! Yum yum!
I got a vegetable soup. They threw raw vegetables in a bowl of water and microwaved it for a couple mins lol.
Excellent and tasty Veggie Thai food. Our entire family enjoyed at this restaurant. Customer friendly. Highly recommended.
I've only been there once, saw it while visiting another business in that shopping center. I got spicy basil dish (because spicy basil chicken is my usual Thai order) and veggie rolls (another usual). The latter tasted ok but were soft. What I'm used to is crunchy, tasty, and refreshing. The basil veggies had more veggies than the traditional dish so that was great. Could have had more flavor but was good. I'll ask for Thai hot next time (thought I did but maybe not). Although it's pricey and I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, I'll try this place again for healthy eats, especially after reading the reviews.
We're long time vegans and we eat here at least once every two weeks it is that good. Even if you're not vegan, this place is awesome. We'd probably eat here more if we could! The couple that owns this place are incredibly lovely. The food is so tasty and fresh. This restaurant is such a gem. Best Thai iced tea I've ever had. Just eat here, you won't be sorry.
I had such high hopes for this spot, especially when reading through other reviews. Completely disappointing experience. I do not understand how this place has a 5 star rating. Firstly they were out of spring rolls on 1pm Sat which is not a big deal, but when I came home my Pad Kee Mao noodles were completely bland, dry, and falling apart. Overcooked. Not what I expect when I order this traditionally flavorful dish. They did not ask me for a spice level, so they served it to me completely mild. I did not see a spice level specification on the menu. I could tell when opening the container this dish would not be great. The noodles should NOT be breaking apart so much when they are cooked well and fresh. The veggie red curry was okay, still bland, but better than the noodles. Sadly I will keep searching for a good Thai spot in this area.
Terrible way too spicy
No taste just hot spicy
Never eat there again
And I saw roaches. Big ones
Not only was the food terrible and tasteless, but there were bugs in the soup. The wontons had nothing in them and the spring rolls also had barely any vegetables in them. They need to learn how to cook food properly.
Went here while visiting with my wife and twos kids and we are all vegan. Everything we ordered was amazing and the kids loved it all too. The vegan rangoons were soo good. Highly recommend
Amazing food and that too vegetarian. This is only the second vegan Thai restaurant I have visited and it's so rare to find. I live in NYC and don't have a vegan Thai restaurant even there. The panaang curry was rhe best I have ever had!
The Tom kha soup was amazing and it was finally great to have so many options in appetizers as a vegetarian.
The food smelled amazing that I forgot to take photos before we devoured everything in sight so I will update my review with food photos next time. We have eaten at the restaurant but nostly do takeout. We ordered the egg rolls, crab rangoon, Volcano Sauce plant chicken, amazing eggplant, and papaya salad. We had a mix of spicy and mild as our friend doesn’t do spice at all. The eggplant dish was cooked perfectly - not batter fried. Even if you are not a vegan or vegetarian, the dishes are delicious. I actually like their version of the papaya salad more than the regular one with fish sauce. You can tell these dishes are made with love. This is a great family-owned local restaurant. We will return many more times!
I LOVED this restaurant. I have done my fair share of traveling and have had lots of vegetarian food but this has to be one of my all time favorite vegetarian restaurants. The food was exceptionally flavorful. We got the fresh spring rolls, Crispy eggplant green curry, Pad kee mow, wonton soup and king pring. There wasn't a drop of food that wasn't satisfying all of my taste buds! The service was super fast and I couldn't be happier to support a local business that's as outstanding as this one. 11/10. I highly recommend coming here, and plan on going back before my trip is over!

Yesterday I went to order food and since I don't know the difference between Pad Thai and Pad Kee Mow, I was asking the cashier/ owner. He was VERY impatient with me, especially when he only had one occupied table. Was very disappointed with the customer service and the Pad Kee Mow dish as well. Got big clumps of over cooked rice noodles and flavor was lacking. Brownie price also increased but not the portion size.

Today I got the wonton soup and it's the first I've ever had so I don't know how it's supposed to taste but this was freshly made and delicious and the wontons were properly cooked. I really enjoyed it!
I've always had the brownie cold but today it sat on top the soup bowl on the way home and a warm brownie from a Thai Cafe of all places was absolutely decadent, unbelievably chocolaty richness, and it's vegan! The price is so worth it! Thank you!
The decor is lovely, cheery, and inviting. It's really clean inside and the service was great. Vegan brownie is delish!
If you’re a veggie this is best place for Thai in the county! Always tasty and consistently good. I even love their tofu. My fave place for Green papaya salad
Wonderful spot. Owners are friendly, and the seating and vibe is comfortable. I usually order the Vegan Thai Rangoon and Pineapple Curry. This place is a must.
Made a large order on Uber eats of many items and ALL were exceptional! Excellent food highly recommend. All items ordered were vegan
