My visit with Dr Pink at the 911 vein center was very informative. Dr Pink and his team were very friendly and compassionate. I feel very comfortable with the Dr the staff and the treatment plan that I will be receiving at the 911 vein center.

I’ve relied on Dr Pittman and his staff for many years to keep my legs healthy and pain free. It is always a pleasant, efficient experience. I recommend Vein 911 enthusiastically.

The staff is very friendly and all the docs are great. Have had time with all 3. They take the time to explain, they enter the room prepared, and seem both very smart and nice. Both matter. Its obvious they talk as a team on the goal of providing a great customer experience.

This was from my visit on 11-8-2023. First up was the ultrasound, I was very nervous. Reason in lots of pain. Easiest ultrasound of my life. Technician outstanding. Kate explained in detail everything found, detail of procedures needing done, order to be done. The videos are great for description and level of understanding. The technician who assisted with getting the socks on as well as the wraps turned that process into a piece of cake. Well thought out process from beginning to end. I could not possibly ask for more competent professionalism than what I have received during each of my visits to Vein911. I have actually looked forward to my appointments at the clean and commfortable treatment facility where I have always been welcomed with genuine smiles and warm sentiments. From my initial visit at the office, comprehensive therapeutic options and recommendations were presented to me with clarity and consideration for any questions I had. I felt heard and empathized with as I expressed the relevant history of the condition for which I was about to receive treatment. The good doctor took time and patience to explain what I needed to hear, to inform me clearly as to what to expect during the forthcoming therapeutic regimen. All of my concerns were acknowledged, with my being aware of the necessary steps and stages of the work to be done. I understood my responsibilities to help facilitate the entire healing process. It was made clear from the start that success would only come if we both did our individual parts and completely collaborated in the healing process.

Throughout my interactions with Dr Pittman, there was a consistent and appealing lightheartedness that flavored our communication. It was characteristic of our exchanges that humorous perspectives were welcomed, with smiles and even laughter often being an accompaniment, along with continuous and delightful background music from “back in the day. ” The effect was a relaxed and comfortable environment where healing energy was maximized.

While everybody’s body is different and will respond in a unique way to various medical procedures and practices, I was fortunate to have had minimal discomfort and essentially no pain during the weeks of the prescribed treatment regimen. The condition I was being treated for showed improvement weekly, and each office visit had me feeling more confident and grateful for the success of the healing program and for the careful monitoring of the visible progress I was experiencing.
