Pleasure working with this company. I had a claim that got resolved professionally and in a timely manner.

I started my bike coverage with Velosurance almost ten months ago. I have had an excellent experience interacting with your colleagues and a lot of ease using your online platforms!

Excellent customer service and even better insurance. They were remarkable when I was involved in a case of vehicular violence (hit and run on my bicycle). I've recommended bicycle insurance to so many people, and it's always Velosurance. I'll use them for life.

I wrecked a bike and put a deep gouge in the carbon bottom bracket and delaminated the rear rim. I filed a claim and got a prompt response from an adjuster. He was polite and helpful and always fast to reply. I took the bike to my local shop for a detailed damage report. They recommended I replace the frame and rim. I think the day after I sent the bike shop’s damage report and my accident report to Velosurance, they’d agreed to pay out the full value of my policy, less the $200 deductible, plus $150 to replace my bibs that got torn in the accident.

I had considered canceling this policy a couple times in the last couple years. I no longer live somewhere I worry about the bike being stolen and it was a monthly expense I thought I could cut out. But I’m really glad I didn’t. Would have made me sick to have to replace the frame and wheel set out of pocket. Buy bulletproof bikes or buy Velosurance.

I had a really great experience with velosurance. I communicated with Dave and he was always helpful. It’s a really bad day when something gets stolen from you, in my case it was an $1,000 Trek road bike. I’m so thankful I had insurance on the bike. After paying the deductible I would say I got about 75% of that money back. Without insurance I would have gotten nothing. I recommend velosurance to all!

I had a bike crash last year that damaged my frame and components and I couldn't be happier with how my claim was handled. (This year I've had bad experiences with my auto insurance and health insurance carriers and I don't see insurance in a good light - does anybody? ! - but Velosurance is the exception.)

The communication with last year's Velosurance claim could have been a little cleaner (I received multiple messages that could have been consolidated together), but that's a very minor misgiving and did not affect my satisfaction with how quickly the claim was handled.

Velosurance followed up several times after the claim was paid to make sure everything went well. That shows that they care about their customers and they're committed to doing things right.

I've recommended Velosurance to many friends and several local bike shops and I will continue to do so.

Your representative, Dan Madsen, was very efficient and fast on following up on my claim. This was the first time I had insurance on my bike and wondered all along about if I ever have a claim, how well it was going to be handled.
