Venetian Nail Spa reviews
14Love as always, we are regulars, so we just have to walk in and they know what we want. So relaxing.
This was my first time going to this nail shop. It was a little expensive but the work is very nice. I love the nail tech that I was referred to.
First time going before a girls trip, I've gone to the Venetian Nail Spa in Kendall (I believe they are associated, they look exactly the same when you walk in) so I thought it would be a good experience. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the nail tech Denise was very nice and sweet, I walked in didn't have to wait (I went early on a weekday). She gave a pretty good foot massage for the pedicure. But that's about it. I don't necessarily have any complaints about my pedicure (gel) which I am not as picky about. BUT my manicure was pretty bad. I did acrylic nails w/ gel and I went the Monday of the week before my trip and one nail didn't make it to Wednesday the following week. It fell off and then during my vacay 2 more fell off. This has never happened to me before. I mean even before that occurring I wasn't happy, the way the nail polish was applied was sloppy. The shape I asked for wasn't done correctly, some nails look fine and some done, it was inconsistent to put in better words (rushed). And my nails just looked weird and like thick. Either way, I probably won't go again. It was expensive too.
Got a mani pedi and both came out nice.everything was very clean and comfortable and service was not slow but also not rushed.
Quality over quantity! I always love my perfect pink and white with MiMi or her husband. You can not go wrong!
It was the worst service I have ever experienced. The lady who did my fills does not know how to do nails. I gave them a second chance, and there will not be a 3rd.
First off I’d like to say this doesn’t happen often but I can’t let this slide. My boyfriend and I (he’s 6 foot and white and I’m 5 foot and black) walked in and wrote our names down for pedicures. I picked out my color and proceeded to sit down next to him. An older white woman walked in and stood by the welcome counter. Didn’t write her name or anything. They asked how they could help her. She stated pedicure and was then told to pick a color and head to the back. We weren’t even acknowledged. I will never be back.
Charming, starting off the place is extremely clean and cozy, the reason for my 5 stars is because of the girl called Yanet, she is very professional, she made me an arrangement that honestly exceeded my expectations, perfect and my feet looked like a baby lol, normally I had never gone out 100% satisfied this time. RECOMMENDED.
I’m not sure if this should be a one star review or two? I recently had a pedicure with a very nice lady, however, during the middle of my pedicure, she received a phone call and started arguing with a company regarding a charge on an invoice. You can see the invoice in the chair beside of her. There was also a gentleman who was giving a pedicure to someone beside me and at times he was talking, laughing and joking with my pedicurist so loudly that border lined on obnoxiousness. It’s unfortunate… I’m sure both people are very nice people, but they aren’t aware of how their behavior and actions affect the professional and relaxing customer experience. It was not at all a relaxing experience. Lastly my pedicure/polish did not look good. The polish was applied to my cuticles and looked sloppy. I pointed this out and she attempted to correct it, but in the end they still looked bad.
Tracy is the best! Best manicure and pedicure. Been with her for years now. No ugly edges without polish, manicure lasts forever with no chips, leaves cuticles very clean.
My nails came out flawless. I had a pedicure and dip nails done and Katie did it all in under an hour while looking flawless
I’ve never had a worst manicure in my life. I’m 37. The guy that did it just wanted to be done was coughing on me and my 4 year old niece can do a better job. Horrible experience. Was planning on going back just to show them but to be honest was so horrible I don’t even want to waste my energy.
I have never felt so upset leaving a salon, worst pedicure I have ever experienced. The nail tech rushed through my whole service, I was in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. I did not even see the point in complaining due to the sloppy and unprofessional job that had been done. I rather go somewhere else and pay again to have my nails done correctly.
Terrible. Don’t go here. I paid $100 for pedicure and dip. The pedicure was ok. The dip lasted less than a week. The nail tech didn’t apply the prep fluid, just started dipping away and when I asked about it she said everyone does things differently. One week later, and just before a trip, I’m left with peeling and chipped nails. She used ultra violet light to cure the topcoat which means it wasn’t dip, maybe gel topcoat. It’s peeling on almost every nail. The worst part was that she over used the filer around all the cuticles which caused gaps between the dip and nail with the effect of having it looked already grown out. I’ll never go here again.
