I recently put in a request for a maintenance service. Demetrius was the technician that came to fix my stove issue. He was professional and prompt. He also gave me some helpful knowledge on how to prevent the issue from happening again. Excellent service. 10 out of 10. Thank you

I had so many pending maintenance things that I hadn't got around to. Within minutes of putting in the request Felicia who works in office called me to confirm they'd be there to fix things shortly.
Demetrius the maintenance man was amazing he was here for less than an hour. He fixed everything and put in orders for what needed to be replaced! He was thorough, professional and pleasant. So happy to have these two here. They help make this place a home

Going on 4years at Venice Cove. The property manager Mrs. Felicia is very professional, always answering and returning calls very great with problem solving, the maintenance guys does a very good job, time management is great any time I have a maintenance call the problem is fix by the next day…I absolutely love how management give back and show their appreciation to the residents, on holidays and each month we get great discounts at papa johns and other great amenities…. Overall great place to stay no complaints….

Called to inquire about any open/future availabilities and the woman who answered spoke very low and was very curt with her responses. I can already tell they dont care about their job or the residents.

I would like to thank Felicia the property manager. She is professional, understanding and she really care about the residents. I have lived her almost 5 years. Since we got the new property managers and maintenance team this community has done a 360. Before when you put in a maintenance request it would take 4-5 weeks for anything to be done. I had two issues and they both were resolved within 24 hours. I put in a request today about 11: 00 am. It’s ‘s 3: 54 and a company was sent to my unit and fixed the issue. The residents are grateful to have great property managers like Felicia here to help us.

I put in a work order on Sunday the 20th, my AC went out, Demetrius came out Monday the 21st and fixed my AC. Thank you, Demetrius, for a job well done, You are greatly appreciated.

I’ve lived in this complex for a couple years, and it’s been amazing. It’s very kid friendly, the units are very spacious and affordable. I highly recommend renting, staff is wonderful Ms. Felisha is always willing to help and it’s a very clean environment:)

Felicia is always so helpful. Anything I ask she is always prompt. I had minor issues upon moving in but they were all resolved.

Ms Felicia is AWSOME! I'm a contractor that frequently comes to the site to work on the Fire Alarm and she makes my job extremely easy. At times we need access into the apartments and she assists in the process. Tenants are supposed to secure their pets, and when they don't she goes above and beyond to make phone calls and have the residents grant access by securing the pet for our safety. It is greatly appreciated! To Demetrius and Nathan, guys are great always willing to help in the accessing of the Apts with us. Sherry, she allows the access needed and by doing so, keeps her tenants safe and the Fire Alarms functioning correctly. Thanks Venice Cove Team!
