Counter help has been friendly and very helpful each time I have been in. I like supporting small businesses and definately recommend them.

I found this small business and have been using them for Amazon package pick ups and sending mail. The staff is so nice and have been so helpful. I can send packages out via USPS, FedEx or UPS and they help to find the quickest and most cost efficient way.

This place is under new ownership and I felt the need to go back and amend my review. The new owners are awesome. Friendly and welcoming and I have yet to have a problem with any of my packages. The new Christmas merchandise will be out soon, please stop by!

Twice I have taken packages there for next day shipping and twice they did not leave the shop the day they were handed off. This time I tracked it more closely and when FedEx wasn't showing that it had been picked up, I called the shop and was assured it had been taken by FedEx. This evening I received the notification that it was just now picked up. It's one thing to make a mistake, it's quite another to LIE to the customer. I will now have to drive miles out of my way to a different droplocation because the new ownership team can't seem to get my packages correct.

I had canvas art that needed shipped to the other coast. The service was friendly, fast and efficient. The recipient of my artwork was amazed at the protective packaging and said it arrived in perfect condition. I highly recommend Venice Mail and Print for all your Packing, Shipping, Design and Graphics needs.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that go above and beyond to ensure not only that the customer has a good experience but they also use their knowledge/experience to help ensure that items shipped make it to their intended destination in good condition. I have also experienced them helping repack a couple boxes, using special tools to resize the boxes to a custom size to not only help the items fit more snugly in the boxes to prevent them getting banged up in transit by sliding around in the extra space but also it saved a fair amount of money on shipping because the boxes ended up quite a bit smaller. On top of the great Shipping services, they also do copies, design work for business cards, flyers etc, offer mailboxes great for local businesses/people…especially “snowbirds” visiting for a cpl months that really can benefit from having a mailing address that unlike a P. O. Box, is able to receive packages from other services like FedEx which the post office won’t do with their P. O. Boxes. I was also surprised to know that they are an Amazon hub so we can have Amazon deliver items there when needed. Such a cool idea to use when it’s something expensive/important that you worry may get stolen from your front door or damaged if it’s being delivered in bad weather/out of town etc.it is actually a pretty store inside that also carries some art from local artists, hand made jewelry on top of boxes & supplies needed to do our own packing. I highly recommend stopping by the next time you are in need of any of the many services they provide, the staff are all very personable & can help you sort out the best way to get your next project done right & their prices are extremely reasonable even on things such as colour printing, scanning, faxes & other little things I know I find myself in need of and in search of a place to get them…well I’m not having to search anymore thanks to Venice Mail
& Print!

The most unprofessional staff I have ever had to interact with. Kathy in particular is extremely rude. I will be telling all of my contacts and guests to use alternate services.

Been coming here for a while must’ve caught the middle aged lady who worked there on a bad day but she was extremely rude will not be going back!

Kathy Kerrigan was a godsend helping me to ship clothing and personal items out-of-state. She offered tips in how to pack items efficiently and also recommended ways to save money. Kathy truly cares about her customers! Personable, professional and responsible — I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Venice Mail & Print!
