Been looking for someone to be able to service ego tools and batteries and i found it. Very knowledgeable and helpful. There customer service is amazing.

Very good customer service. It takes a while to get back your mower but it is what it is. They charge 95 an hour for labor

We took our husqvarna chainsaw in for repair per the warranty department. We couldn't get it started. They locked up the engine and showed us the bad gas that was in it. So when they gave it back I youtube'd some videos & unlocked the engine myself. I fixed what they broke. Guess I'll finish repairing myself.

I had visited several mower shops from Bradenton to Port Charlotte with not much luck in sales people or their inventory right as COVID was upon us. Then I stumbled across VOE Sept 2021 (ish). I walked in off the street to inquire about a zero turn mower, like I had with a dozen other locations. The owner was great with taking his time to discuss my needs and to help me decide, while not pushing his own equipment. After approx an hour, I just had a good feeling about this small shop and took a chance. I am so glad I did. Ever since, whenever I walk in, stand in line when applicable - owners are right there eager to assist no matter if I am there to purchase or just ask questions. They actually listen and provide answers! How refreshing! I will continue to use this business for all my 48" Bobcat Zero-Turn needs. They will have my business as long as they are open.

They are always helpful and friendly when I come in and know I try to repair my own equipment with simple things.

The owners and staff are knowledgeable and very helpful and a high-quality line of products. What I love most is their high standard of ethics.what I have learned is something that anyone that has a chainsaw needs to pay attention. Mike has a CNC machine and sharpens chainsaw chains. Even new out-of-the-box chains i have them done as well. I’m so sold on the angle and cut the machine put on the chain. My chains are lasting ten times longer than i ever expected.less stretching and clean super fast cuts. I am so impressed that I even have fire department personnel bringing their used chains in to have them expertly sharpened. Those boys need to have equipment at the ready.i will never go too any other shop and after one visit you will understand why…

Excellent customer service! Took care of my broken tractor deck in only a couple of hours. I’d suggest this business to anyone who appreciates great customer service.

Mike and Misty are very fair and knowledgeable. They are a very nice couple. I can’t think of anywhere else I would take my lawn equipment. Their prices are very reasonable. Try them once and you will be convinced. First rate repair business.

Best mower shop in venice or sarasota county. Fast, quality and friendly. Wouldn't bring my equipment anywhere else

These guys are top of the line they restored my Toro commercial 21” to like new ill be back for a seasonal tune up, thanks again guys!
