Venice Performing Arts Center reviews
16Great venue for small concerts and live performances. Only down side if you are a drinker is that they do not serve alcohol. But it's a really nice new facility.
Student concerts are the best! VHS band and chorus teachers really are topnotch! A very enjoyable evening!
The venue for the Queen concert is fantastic. The band was a great representation of Queen. Such fun.
We sat in the first row of the balcony to see Shen Yun. Best seats in the house. Looking down at the performers' dancing was so beautiful
Experienced Shen yun. An outstanding dance and operatic performances consisting of stories from china. Excellent venue. No photography allowed.
Great show, Legally Blonde musical was amazing. Awesome job performers from Venice High School.
Saw Shen Yun.amazing performance! I'm guessing there are no "bad" seats. I was seated in row P & had a good view of the stage. However, the seats are pretty close together (made for high school students), the tiers are not sloped enough (I'm short so did have a hard time seeing around the people in front of me) and, for the first half of the show, it was much too warm.to the point of having to use the programs for fans. Next time, I will wear something much cooler & try to sit in a more "open" area.
We enjoyed the Venice Orchestra's final performance of the 2922/23 season. I recommend you attend one of their concerts during next Fall.
Just the right size.
We had balcony seats far back and the seats were still close enough to enjoy the show.
No beer or wine at intermission though.
It's a nice venue but if you sit in the handicapped area on top last row of balcony, you have ushers who are constantly chatting and being loud ruining the whole experience!
A little too close and off to the side, but right there next to the stage and thrilled to be there.
Bathrooms got tight (lines to both Men/Women's) but it was Shen Yun on a Saturday night so it was a full house when we went 3/11. The parking was easy. The staff was a little too helpful but it was nice to see plentiful people who wanted to work, and of course the show production was excellent. The sound and the light were outstanding even from Row Y seats 20 and 22 (and yes.weird numbering but those are together). I wish they offer a better beverage selection than just the bottled water at intermission that would be my only suggestion.offer more beverages and snacks.
Nice venue, superb concert by the Venice Symphony. Would have been 5 stars if there was adequate parking. Got there 30 minutes before show and had to park along the access driveway.
Awesome! Love maestro Troy Quinn. We call him Keith Lockhart Jr.
Excellent music choices from light classical to Gershwin and John Williams.
Superb performance both in content and presentation. Vocal, harmony and selection of songs exquisite. The group performed above and beyond expectations.
Tried to buy a gift card, and it wouldn't work on their website. I also called and left a message, they were closed for almost a month, I gave up.
