Front desk employees are rude and will make you feel unwelcomed (basically kick you out) if you walk in any time close to close because they want to go home. I’m a server and I would LOVE to be able to tell customers they can’t dine with us because we’re closing soon. Rude, unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I will never spend my money here again.

Lisa is the best! I always have the worst luck with nail salons but I will continue to come back because of fantastic service provided by Lisa. Great prices and great services!

I like this place. They use the foot spa covers so it's more sanitary than other salons. They have plenty tvs to entertain you also as u get serviced or wait. Get the price before they start though.don't let them game you.

Brought my mother in for a pedicure as a part of her mother’s day gift. The male technician didn’t cut down her nails, and when she noticed she asked him to, he said no and handed her nail clippers to do them herself! Very disappointing, when I told the cashier she just laughed and said sorry! Horrible experience for my mother.

Am actually surprised with walking in to do 3 pedicures with no appointment and being taken within 15 minutes of signing in. The pedicures were quick and clean. Perfect for me. Sometimes I just want a quick, clean and good looking pedicure. My tech was just that. First time here and will come back for my pedicures.

Terrible customer service, manger rude always changing prices. I have never paid real prices that are the board they always make a new and more expensive price.

First and Last! The lady was ver nice and friendly but Not worth the $15 I paided for my manicure. Def will not be back.

First time to visit this place, had a pedicure and truly enjoyed it. The service was great and I was really impressed with how nice the place is. It has many services that hopefully I can experience each one. Beautiful and clean!

This is the story of the worst pedicure of my life. So my friend and I went to Venus Nail Salon for a galentine's day celebration. We planned on getting our toes done and our nails done. I wanted a full set of acrylics and pedicure. We arrived around 7 p.m. And told the people working exactly what services we wanted. We were taking back to the pedicure. I received the deluxe pedicure. The girl doing my toes rushed through the massage and did a terrible job painting my toes. She then escorted me over to the other side to get my nails done where a guy told her in another language that he would not do my nails and for to have me sit under the drying table. I sat under the drying table for 10 minutes before someone came and told me that they would not do my acrylics because there was no time. The man who said he wouldn't do my nails sat there and then went to the back where the pedicures are and sat there for another 30 minutes before leaving. I was very upset that they would not do my nails. This was what I mainly came for. Upon looking online I realized that the store closed at 8 p.m. So there probably was not time for both of pedicure and acrylics and they knew that before they did my pedicure. Someone should have told me upon arrival that there would not be time to do both services. And I would have asked for them to do my acrylics instead of my pedicure. But a pedicure is a more expensive service so that was not brought to my attention until after the fact. So I sat under the drawing table with my toes 45 minutes. In the course at that time my toes got messed up twice and I asked for them to be fixed. They continue to just put more nail polish on top and the nail polish never dry. By the time I got home my toes were so messed up that I cannot keep this pedicure. I wasted $45 including tip on the worst pedicure and didn't get my manicure. I have been to the salon before about a year ago and never had an experience like this. This is extremely disappointing I believe I deserve a full refund and I will not be returning to the salon.
