Vera Bradley Factory Outlet, Estero FL

This store is so kind. The staff is helpful and approachable. The manager is always easy to find on the floor and you can identify them no matter what. Normally I’m not a Vera Bradley girl but their Harry Potter Collection had me instantly! The product is adorable and well made, plus I love the compliments I get wearing it. I also purchased the blanket and I may just become a Vera Bradley Blanket owner for LIFE! Wow are the soft and comfy. The most cuddly blanket I’ve ever had. I loved it so much I bought one for my daughter and a friend! Seriously recommended this specific store and the products!

I have visited Vera Bradley stores in other states but this is my favorite. I found great discounts (after new year) and got 60% off of products that usually were pretty expensive.

I went to shop for my birthday and it was me and my husband in the store and 2 other shoppers. Were we greeted. No… was I made to feel in the way and ignored yes. Definitely would never return if going to be treated like that. Why spend money in a store with no customer service

Love the backpacks, matching id lanyards and lunchboxes. This is the second year in a row that we have got them. The great thing is that you can put them in the washing machine and they are good as new!

They are always very nice and helpful. Always have great sales and usually good amount of stock in the store. Some times they don't have what I'm looking for but employees are always willing to look in other stores

This is my favorite Vera Outlet. Price of my messenger bag was originally $119.00 but it was 60% off! I don't mind that the patterns are a few seasons older. There's always a variety of patterns to choose from. I noticed that the Harry Potter collection and a few Disney pieces are available in the store as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The store is neat and clean.

I love this store they have the best umbrellas the best eyeglass cases just bought an awesome office bag on wheels, and oh the blanket for travel is amazing fits right on the handle of your suitcase. Their customer service is the best no matter how busy they are they are always there to assist! And PS fell even send you a coupon on your birthday!
