So at the beginning of my time with this dealer, I had nothing but unsatisfactory service from the service adviser first off you don't tell your customer that there is nothing' you can do ' when they spend money there your vehicle is not cheap you need to have your adviser know how to talk to their customer. Another thing is you calling asking for this adviser and not answering or taking customer calls but he is there nothing but trouble with this location

Car arrived with bubbles in the tint they charged several hundred dollars for and they charged a few hundred for nitrogen filled tires against my choice, however one of the tires were low. Someone emailed me to check back in after I had received the car and when I told them about the issues, they said they would get back to me and then stopped responded to my emails.

Now my biggest issue is that after 3 months, I still don’t have a tag and they won’t issue me another temp tag so I can’t even drive my car. The dealership didn’t even send in the documents to the clerks office to get my tag until just a few days ago. They told me every single time that they were waiting on the state, but it took them 3 months to submit documents and pay for my registration after I paid for it upon purchase and they required me to go through the dealership.

Last week I took my 2018 XT5 for oil and filter change, everything was very fast from the greeter to the valet person. My service adviser, Mikell, very professional kept me post with my car status all the time. The only complaint that I have is that the car wash could be better, just minors details like windows not clean and interior board dust. In results I definitely recommend Vera Cadillac.

Verá Cadillac it’s always been on the helping hand, dealing with them have always been a good experience, at the service department is can mention a few good people, Edwin, and the manager Leo have always been in the helping hand, Frank In the body shop has always been grate, but I must make a really good recognition to the man I have been dealing lately on the service department his name it’s Geo Rubio, this gm Associate it second to known, I been dealing g with him for over a year now, he really fallow up all the time, he keep the client inform all the time, my Cadillac Escalade it’s been there for almost a year waiting on an engine replacement and this is not good since I have a big family, but Geo have Always been the it best, the best helping hand I have ever experience at any car Dealer, he’s always there for his clients, my gmc 2500 had some issues and I didn’t think two ice to take it to Geo Rubio, he is always on todo and try’s to help all the time, I will be picking up my truck in the nest day or so while still waiting on the escalde new engine, thank you Geo Rubio, thank you Vera Cadillac
