Shirt was just OK. One pair of pants was wrinkled. Another pair was pressed wrong with uneven lines. Will not go back.

I've had many alterations done. Lately it has been 100% better. 2 stars before 5 stars now

I took a men's suit to be dry cleaned and honestly, they did a horrible job, better yet, they charged me the full amount in order for me to take it some place else. The general manage did not take any responsibilities and if you want to have any of your clothes treated on any spots, they won't do it and they said they do. I will not recommend this place at all. I want to save you a trip. Take it some place else. I am very disappoint the way they run this business. Another fellow was there in front of me trying to dispute about his Tommy Bahama golf shirts that were damaged and he still have to pay in order to get them but the service was horrendous.

I have been using Verandah dry cleaners for years. The same two women are always working there and they are very dependable and hardworking. I can count on them and they also do great alterations.

Have used this cleaner for several years. Although they were consistently unfriendly and almost rude, they did a reasonably good job of cleaning and they were very convenient to where we live in Buckingham. My wife and I both wear uniforms that must be cleaned and pressed. Additionally, we clean and press our everyday clothes to a great extent. My wife needed her uniform jacket cleaned and it was guaranteed to be returned by Friday as she was leaving the country Sunday. Friday she went by to pick it up and they didn’t have it but said it would be there Saturday, She went by Saturday and they said it wasn’t there but would be there by closing (6: 00PM). She reiterated that she had to have the jacket for her uniform before she left Sunday. They reassured her that it would be there before closing. We decided to eat dinner nearby (same shopping center) with my mother-in-law. On the way there I stopped (about 4: 45) to pick up the jacket. It still was not there. I was told it was on the truck and on the way there. I again explained that it was critical that we were able to pick it up, once again I was reassured it would be there so stop by at closing. We met for dinner in the same shopping center. I got up from our dinner and went to pick up her jacket at 5: 55. I was told it hadn’t made it, that it was on the truck but the driver had already gone home and I could pick it up Monday. I asked if she was gonna pick it up or have someone else bring it to her store, she told me she couldn’t, they closed at 6: 00. I suggested that she get an UBER or something because she had to have the jacket. Not so much as an apology, she just said she couldn’t do that. I told her that we would never use them again if she couldn’t resolve this and get the jacket to me before my wife left RSW the following afternoon. She told me she was closed. Sunday. We had to buy a new jacket and pay to have It overnighted to her office in White Planes NY with a 1 hour window to pick it up before her had to meet her flight crew and fly to London. I picked the jacket up the next week and will never return, Their unwillingness to follow through on a commitment to a customer probably cost them $350-$400 a month.

January 2020-Dropped off 2 area rugs, asked if they could dry clean them. They said of course. Went to pick up - they are ruined. The edges were all torn/shredded, the rugs no longer lie flat. Said they will sew back together. They told me the sign said they take no responsibility for damage done to items.

This place just flat out lies. I moved to a new neighborhood and went to this drycleaner. I had 11 shirts that they charge me $46 to drive. I have been getting my workshirts dry cleaned for nine years and have never been charged this much. I asked why they charge it for two dollars more than my previous place. They said because my shirt have to be hand pressed which they have been dry cleaned for years with no isssues but now all of a sudden they are special shirts from Van Heusen. Do not trust them as they will rip you off. 11 shirts at my old plaave is $24. Unreal. I will NEVER return and will drive a liTtle further to get mmh shirts done.

This place is a joke. Don't trust them with your valuables. They are supposed to be professional cleaners what a joke! Took my $800 fendi sneakers for cleanings few days ago i asked before dropping off if they were able to clean them because they has a blue mark on them the clerk on duty assured me they could so I dropped them off only to get them back in worse condition. I am livid. And the owner BELLA told me there's nothing they were gonna do about it. I even offered that we go half on the replacement pair and she refused. So I will be filing small claims on this horrible business. Dont trust your valuables with these pple. I wish I would have read reviews before I took my shoes here

HORRIBLE! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND WORK! The dresses that supposedly were cleaned look dirtier than when i dropped them off! Then they had my clothes for over a week and FAILED TO DO 2 ALTERATIONS. I come 2 pick everything up today and all i get are excuses and half truths. THEN they acted like they were going to charge me $120 for work not even done!? TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. ONE OF THE WORST "DRYCLEANERS" AROUND. INCOMPETENT UNPROFESSIONAL EXCUSE FILLED AND PATHETIC. Then at the end of our dialogue she had the nerve yo say thank you for business! Is she CRAZY? !? ! TERRIBLE place. Ugh. F for FAIL.
