The customer service at this store goes above and beyond. Justin was the sweetest and has been so patient with me and my family. He helped us set up everything and even put all the screens on and cases and he was just so generous along with all the other people work there. We have gone to this Verizon for about 5 years now and have always had a good experience. Definitely recommend!
I walked into the store to upgrade my phone and the sales rep Jose Diz helped me and after looking at my account he showed me that someone fraudulently bought a $1100 iPhone on my account and I had been paying for it for 3 months! I didn’t even realize it! Jose Diz saved me from fraud and had my money returned to me immediately. If any of you need to upgrade or problem solve go check out the cellphone superhero Jose Diz! I recently came into this store with my wife to upgrade our phones. We had androids and we didn’t like them. I came in and was greeted with a warm smile and the upmost professionalism. My wife even mentioned how nice the employee here was. He taught us everything we need to know about the phones and we were so thankful to learn everything. This store has awesome customer service!
Today is my Husband and I’s 49th anniversary and we decided to buy new phones. We were greeted and treated very kindly and professionally. We really appreciate all the help with our new phones since we’re bit too familiar with newer technology. Everything went so well and smooth and I loved the experience. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking to upgrade!
If your looking to buy a phone or spend cash they love you, but if need help with a Verizon app or setting or general help they are useless and direct you to call Verizon customer care number.
Went to get assistance in registering screen protector. 1st they tried to sell me something and when it was turned down they gave me the website and that was it. I asked to help register because that's the experience my sister had at another store and plus I don't know what I'm doing. I left the store and still had to call them back with a question. From there I figured it out myself. 3 stars for not much help
The "solutions specialist" Caleb apparently either doesn't care about helping new customers or his job in general. Went in looking to get new service and was basically ignored and given blank stares or shrugs when asking questions. From my experience the entire staff were rude, inattentive and unprofessional. Wouldn't recommend this store to anyone and have no idea why they're allowed to operate as a corporate store.
They refuse to accept returns after a manager from corporate told me I could returned it here also hesitate to give me his GM info.
Stopped in today to straighten out some billing issues. The staff was helpful in getting it resolved. I looked at a new phone and got some accessories while I was there.
Beware the Hum. The sales rep did not fully explain that the free Hum is not really free. They activate a 2 year contract. Luckily I called in time to cancel, and the cancellation fee will be waived. Shame on the rep for not fully explaining.
Got a great deal on a new phone. I've been to a lot of Verizon stores over the years but this was the first one I've been to and actually enjoyed being at. Great service and no long wait to get help.
Can I give ZERO stars? Me and my business partner went there to open a landline and internet and they sold us a crappy solution: MiFi + Desktop phone. We were told it was unlimited and we could do the One Talk thing with our cell phones and at the end the whole thing was a nightmare.
After 3 days going back and forth with Verizon customer service and going to the store to make it work, my frustration was getting bigger, specially because the salesman and manager didn't seem like they really care. Customer service told us on the phone those 2 things are not even supposed to be sold together. It is NOT a solution for small business.
My business partner went overseas and the line stayed on his name. Big mistake of our part because the manager won't give us a refund because he is not here to cancel the deal in person, even when I said I'd call him over video phone. Gerson the salesman and Joey the manager remembered very well who we were but would not give refund anyway because I've been vocal about it. The manager in his quest for a little revenge already set everything up with the security guard and when I said this was all BS I was asked to leave. Way to go Verizon stores! No wonder most of the stores are closing because the only difference between a real store and a virtual business is the Human side. Expecting a customer to not be upset with a situation like that is unreal and acting like insensitive bots won't take you anywhere.
If I could give this place a negative rating on Stars I would. Purchased not one but two different phones for my mother. Was told the first phone a new LG was not under warranty. Purchase a second phone for my mother and now that phone no longer works. The store won't take care of it in house. So now I have to go through warranty once again. So now my mother is without a phone still to this day because the store refuses to take care of it in house. And I have to come out of pocket to pay the Insurance Company for another phone. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had in my entire life at any facility. All they want to do is upgrade you to the next phone so they can make their Commission. (Integrity) Look it up people.
Worst customer service ever. I felt insulted by the employee because after I said I was a student she just didn't wanted to sell anything (I was going to get a plan, but no after such service)
Absolutely the worst nightmare of cell service that I have had the misfortune of having and I have has some aweful. Verizon wins hands down at the who can be the worst servuce provider contest. Someone please give them the trophy.
