Although I've been a Verizon wireless customer for over 10 years, today's new cellular device purchase attempt was horrible.
Great service! Rachel is amazing! She graciously helped me upgrade my phone to a device that works best for my work/travel life (no pressure)! Thank you for taking the time to explain everything, especially my upgrade options and best financial deal for me (including the right rate plan!). Shout out to Anthony for being so welcoming as well. Highly recommend this location - friendly, knowledgeable staff and pretty quick transaction for the high level of customer service they provide.
Gustavo Tejeda was very helpful he listened to what my problem was and he worked it. He ordered me a replacement phone and when it came he said could bring it back to him if I needed help and I did. Thank You Gus for your help. I give you FIVE STARS
I went in to upgrade to the iPhone 13
The lady said there is no difference in the 12 or 13
Then she said I would need $100 in accessories because my 12 pro max wouldn’t fit
The new 13 has a better screen, camera, and battery
They did not activate my phone. I had to go to an authorized retailer.
And the 12 pro case fits the 13 like a glove

We came in to pay off our phone 900$ and he paid off THE WRONG PHONE. He is not professional. Did not take accountability. Him and Trent both moved onto different customers and did not acknowledge us or seem to care. I will be filing a formal complaint.
Update: we bought phone cases. Trent gave me the wrong case! What the heck is wrong with the hiring process here?
If I could give 0 stars I would. Since switching to Verizon from AT&T the weekend before thanksgiving we have spent numerous Saturday afternoons having to go back. Almost Valentine’s Day and our acct is still not right! Manager at the store only comes out to put the long line of people in the queu. Never helps a customer himself. Had a call with customer service who called the store for us. They were told the store was too busy to talk to customer service and we had to come back to the store ourselves. The worst service experience I have ever had. Don’t go to this store and don’t leave ATT!

Not sure what is going on with management at this location. Made an appointment on Oct 1 for 10 am on Saturday, Oct 2. Showed up at 9: 57 am ready for my appointment and all the window coverings were closed. Walked up to the door and there is a letter printed on a piece of paper stating they can’t open Oct 2 due to staffing shortage. Management at this location seem to have a lack of foresight where they can’t figure out how to send out cancel notifications before the day of appointment or make it to where you can’t get an appointment the day before they would not be open. The lack of foresight is pretty bad. I got a cancel notification for a 10am appointment at 11: 48 am.

“I can say, I have never had such horrible customer service, ever in my life, as I experienced in this location. As I walked in, no one greeted me because they were too occupied looking at their cell phones. They were playing inappropriate music as well. As I came in to upgrade my phone, I was talked out of upgrading my phone, and told to go to the Apple store to make a purchase. Not only were the employees rude and unprofessional, but they made me feel as if I knew nothing about cell phones at all. I can only assume because it was close to closing, that they didn’t want to be bothered by any customers, so they would be able to leave on time. Not only will I be closing my Verizon account, but I will be taking my business to T-Mobile. The customer service at this location was nonexistent. It makes me wonder, how anyone of this poor caliber would be allowed to work in the customer service field. If I could give this location zero stars I would. My advice is, if you plan on purchasing a new phone go to T-Mobile don’t waste your time with Verizon.
