Anthony~ Went to the back of the store two times when I went in to buy the iPhone 14pro with the promotion that was clearly advertised on their website.

Anthony did not honor the promotion and deliver customer service, and tried to sell me an iPhone 13 which I had no interest in buying. He said to me that is the only promotion to offer me. Never again going back to the store.

I went to change from other provider. The process was super simple took me like 20 min and I keep my old number, Leo was very helpful.

These guys are excellent. Had trouble removing two devices and lines that I no longer use plus I wanted to upgrade two lines/devices. Couldn't do it from my desktop using Verizons' website so I went to this store and they not only reduced my current bill by removing the two unused line and devices but then upgraded my account to an unlimited plan for the two lines/ devices that I wanted to keep. Came home, logged in, verified the changes were made and noted the monthly bill reduction. New upgrade at a lower monthly cost! I have made this my go to store in the future. Awesome job

After being a Verizon customer for about a decade - maybe more - I decided to leave to AT&T solely because of the experience I had and treatment I received in this store last Monday, 8/1/22. Both companies can thank the manager, Barbie, for that. She should be a case study for what managers, sales people, and even customer service reps should NOT do

Today my family came to get two new lines. My family came from Ukraine. The young brunette woman was helping them or so you say. Pretend to help. Most likely she wanted to sell two phones then provide two lines. Not even trying to see if the sim cards will work she stated it will not and didn't help my family. Before they went into this store I tried my Verizon prepaid sim card on both phones and they both were working. They have Samsung phones. And not some Chinese knock offs. However, this woman told me over the phone that it will not work and didn't help them. They are not just tourists, they are refugees from Ukraine! Well, Verizon, you just lost two paying clients! And now they are connected to T Mobile!

Never goes there to try to fix an issue.they will bring only problems and NO solutions.have to go 3 times to the same store to fix a network issue that its not on me.breath and go to another store.and of course never asks for barbie (aka "mgr")

Came this store at 1130 still wasn't open and door says it should be open by 11. Called Verizon and they could not contact the store or provide any additional information. This is bad business.

Was in this branch on June 3,2022. Good place, no queues, polite and attentive staff. The manager Donovan worked with me, he did the transfer of the number from another operator in 20 minutes, it's fast. Donovan is pleasant to talk to, always happy to help - I recommend.

Spent my vacation in Florida. I needed a new phone case and screen protector, came to this location and they have great customer service. I was received & helped by employee Miguel. Miguel was very nice and professional. Will definitely be coming back if I need any help or have any problems with my phone/ account.

Worst customer service, went in to buy two apple watches asked me which one I didn’t know asked Chris to help me or show me. Had such a bad attitude the moment I walked in. And the store smells horrible if I didn’t have a account with Verizon I wouldn’t buy a thing in the store.and I have been a customer for over 25 years.

Ridiculous. No where on here does it state that this store is “temporary closed”. Meanwhile I drove almost an HOUR to get here, ultimately to find out that the store is “temporary closed”. Such an inconvenience, unbelievable.

Takes forever ALWAYS even just buying a screen protector that should be 5 minutes took me an hour and i went there the same week 4 times before and had to leave because the waiting time and bad service!

Poor customer service, actually nonexistent customer service. Very childish employees. I visited this location to make a simple return and hopefully pickup a sim card. I stood there over 5 minutes and not one word from a single of the three male employees on the floor. Then a young lady emerged from the back room, and spent a minute or two organizing the phone cases. This was such an amazing accomplishment she and another associate had a conversation about it, before she starred at me right in the face e and walked off without saying a word. Aim for the stars guys, you're most there.kinda

I went there on Black Friday and the staff was polite and friendly. I had just setup our business account a few days beforehand and wanted to port in two additional numbers and order two new iPhones. I spent 3 hours with Miguel getting all of this handled and was confident everything was good. I was told on the 17th I’d get a text and everything was good to go. He further gave me assurance by giving me his cell and letting me know to contact him if I needed anything.

Couple weeks later, I receive a cancellation email with no information. So I texted and he confirmed all looks fine but to call 611 and talk to a rep. Waited until Monday since business support was closed and they said they had no record of any orders.

Texts further to Miguel got no responses. Any deals during Black Friday I have to assume are gone and so are my phones. Hours of time wasted for nothing.

If this is what it’s like working with Verizon steer clear. Wish I didn’t move over. Can’t see continuing if this is the service we get.
