Wow! My visit was nothing short of phenomenal. This was the first time I ever stepped foot into a Verizon store (I recently transitioned from T-Mobile), and it was not intimidating whatsoever. I usually felt like this in other carrier stores. They truly set the bar high here, as soon as I walked in, Saed greeted me with a warm smile and checked me in, and Scott helped me activate my phone. Very attentive to every question I had. The store was also immaculately clean & welcoming. Had I not chosen Auto Pay I would be making a visit to this store every month to pay my bill; that’s how incredible it was.

It's worse then buying a car, even making appointments we still waited 20 mins to get service. And their pricing on phones is out of reality, it's a phone people not gold.

This is a corporate store. The employees were helpful and understanding about getting my new internet wifi.

Eh. We'll see how it goes. I switched back to Verizon after i got scr*wed over by tmobile for the last time. They were fine at this store about signing us, but they don't actually set the phone up for you. They just hand you everything and wish you luck.

The staff is not very knowledgeable and could care less about their customers. Spent over $1k there. There's not even a restroom for customers to use.

Would NOT recommend. Rude staff. Poor service and communication skills. Treat you like a criminal. One female staff member is all about power and retribution.

Associate was looking for is there a Verizon main store. They needed a SIM card. Easy to find on the internet. Must be great place, my associate never called back or came back. Thank you for being part of the community.

The operator told me that I did not have insurance, when I had a plan that covers all phones. Almost, turned off all services may anyway due to the extremely high insurance deductible which has no payment plan option! Basically, stuck with a broken phone, even though I have insurance, until I get the extra money required to pay the burdensome deductible. At this desperate time in America, Verizon should step up in inventive ways, like a PAYMENT PLAN FOR INSURANCE PREMIUMS, deep discounts for the disabled, and more basic phone service! Need me to talk to you insurance carrier Asurion? Bet I make it happen. To upper management: Get new jobs. No thanks, from guy with a busted phone.

Scott helped us the other day, and I can't say enough about the guy. He got in our account and gave us honest advice for upgrading our devices. Truth be told we would've lost a credit on 2 of the lines if we did, so we held off. He then got on my line and was able to get max credit for an old samsung note! I'm now rating on my new Z fold. Quick review of the fold: its cool and functional, but the camera isn't much better than my note 20. Also, unless you do a lot of mobile work, its probably unnecessary to have a phablet, but overall I'm happy with it!

Being a first time Verizon user. I went to this store to see about getting some stuff for our phones. Cell case etc. When we entered the store. No kind of greeting. Waited about 20 minutes for someone to say something to us or at least tell us when someone would be help us shortly, but no one did. We decided after waiting about almost half and hour to just leave and go online to buy what we needed. I wouldn't recommend this place, and Verizon should really look into this store and their practices on customer service because it is very lacking.

I'm not one to leave a unfavorable review but I am very disappointed in my experience with this store. I came to this store specifically because they are an actual Verizon store and not another retailer. I went in specifically looking for an Otterbox for my phone case. I spoke with the employee there and he advised me that they were out of Otterboxs but brought out another brand (Zagg) and said it was "just as good as an Otterbox. " I said I specifically wanted the Otterbox brand because I was familiar with it and know its good. I was assured the Zagg was just as good and he made his sale. Unfortunately 1 week later I drop my phone from knee height and the back of my brand new phone shattered. I went back to tell them my frustration of this case and they just asked if I had insurance on the phone. So now I'm out my insurance deductible of $250.00 and I'm sure I'll get a refurbished phone now due to the employee just looking to make a sale that day. Fortunately, when I went back they did have an Otterbox and they took back the other case and I got an Otterbox by paying an additional $10. I still have a broken phone though and have to pay $250 because of a terrible recommendation.

Literally called just to see if something was available and have been on hold for an hour. Terrible customer service. I was told the wait time was 23 minutes.

My husband and I stopped in Verizon Wireless on Little Road and were greeted by Catherine who was wonderful helping us. I stopped back a few days later and was assisted by Bee who was also very helpful. Both Employees were pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable, answering any questions I had.
