20We have waited over 2 hrs had an appointment. The manager Chad would talk with everyone coming through the door help out with easy issues making the wait longer and making each person wait long. He was so slow! Go to a different location! Or if you want to waste a day come here!
Chads attitude is less than friendly. When asked about the wait and his oh well attitude and not communicating time lines to waiting customers. Why even stay with Verizon with this kind of customer service
I stopped by to see about upgrading my phone. I had to wait about 20 minutes to speak with someone. I wouldn’t have minded but I was watching 3 employees play on their phone and watch soccer. When I asked the manager about it I was told “that’s none of your business”. Cool, I guess I will take my business somewhere else.
I came in last Sunday to get new phones. Had to wait an hour in order to get help. We finally get Alvontis. He seemed nice but was in no rush for someone in sales. He had to do our order several times bc his tablet wasn't under his profile and he wasnt getting his sales credit so we were patient. Finally an hour or so of all that and we get our phones ordered and pay what I needed to. He told me the phones would arrive in a 1-2 days to my office. Well what he failed to mention was that I was going to get separate emails for each phone order which needed to approved in order to complete the transactions even though he took my money already. I didn't see these emails until Wednesday mid morning. So after all of that waiting around and spending thousands of dollars I still do not have new phones. There should be some sort of restitution for this colossal screw up.
If you're looking for dirty sales tactics and a salesperson that will flat out lie to you to make a sale.then this is the store for you! Came in to upgrade phones and the sales person told us we could get free watches and free buds to go with them. We just had to add a line for the watches. We agreed. He gave us the Watch 5 and said they were free. When I question the amount on the documents he had me sign.he said "oh that's just because the credits haven't been applied yet. Just go ahead and sign. " I get my bill and the full credit is not applied. I just spent over 4 hours on chat and on the phone with Verizon to find out that only the Watch 4 is free - even though he specifically told us it was the Watch 5. We didn't even come in to buy watches! He showed us the watches.told us only the Watch 5 was free - not the Watch 5 Pro. Now I am being charged for the Watch 5! It amazes me that a company as big as Verizon can get away with lying to their customers.
Boy did I get taken to cleaners by the slick salesman here! After 22 years with Verizon, I want to switch carriers. First experience at this store was great which is why I went back to upgrade and take advantage of trade-in program. NEVER AGAIN! But I will give a shout out to Verizon customer service and tech support at 611 who have to try and clean up after the store salesman hose you.
Had an issue that couldn't be resolved over the phone after speaking with 6 different customer care agents. I was advised to go to a retail location and this was the closest one. The store manager, Ralph, spent probably an hour assisting me and making calls to make sure the issued got resolved for me. Ralph was professional and kind throughout the whole situation. Top notch
Rude & no customer service. They need to learn how to speak & listen to the customer and not argue with them. I was the only customer in the store and I was not greeted when I entered, all 6 of them just looked at me as if I was bothering them since I got there at 9: 20am. I canceled my order because of how they talked to me and how rude and discriminative they were. They assumed I wouldn't be able to add the item to my account because the cost, when I actually paid CASH.

I was waiting to ask an employee if they had more cases for Z fold 4, there were 2 and 345 for IPhone. I looked at one employee on the phone, made eye contact and when I raised the case I had in my hand to ask him, he walked to the back, I gave 2 steps he comes back out we made eye contact again and when I raised the case, again he walked to the back. What bother me the most is the obvious, he wouldn't give me a second literally. I intercepted one that was coming from the back and I ask, can you help me sinse everyone it's on the phones, he said yes, I asked if they had more ZFold4 cases. He walks to where I had been looking and see's the same 2 cases, he says I might have others on the back. Have you signed in yet? I say I just want to know. He interrupted me and said you need to sign-in and I said I need fo know before I sign in, I'm not gonna wait for 5 people so you tell me no I don't have any. I signed and 5 minutes later I walked away. Never knowing what the store had in stock. There were at least 50 more IPhone cases laying on top of the counter. Very unacceptable customer service. All I wanted was to visually see the case since I knew what I wanted.
This store did not help me one bit. I was there for 2 hrs waiting came out and none of my issues were resolved. Every single employee was useless including the manager.
I got a galaxy tablet to replace my old one very smooth no problem $235 my biggest regret buying the otterbox they installed and I just hate it $399, $164 more for something the I can't get off, the on off button plus volume buttons are so hard to operate, can install a memory card become I can't get it off, looking on Amazon I can get similar for $30 I just hate it
I wouldn't give them 1 star. Absolutely the worst experience. Walked in and no one said anything to me or my husband. Needed accessories but will find a better store than this one.
Very easy trade-in service. Great customer service. There was not a lot of sales pushing scheme. It could have been we knew what we wanted out of this visit. It was a fast and easy trade-in experience and ensured we would receive the proper credit upon our trade-in.
Deleted my 487 contacts, freaked out, 2 days trying through phone support & on line to NO avail!
Went to the VZ, Corporate store, on Causeway.
Chris helped me, in 15 mins found my contacts and restored! Talk about a great corporate rep!

I went to the Verizon store in Brandon and Beth helped me. I had a situation and she went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you Beth and I hope your company know the asset they have working at this location.
Ralph the manager was extremely helpful. He helped us choose a new iPhone 13 Promax with the store pickup option. He helped us transfer data from the old phone to the new one.
I have been with Verizon for over 15 years. This store has the worst service ever. I went to this store today for an update (promotion). The lady didnt even bother asking me for my cell phone# and says the promotion ended. So I leave the store and call verizon and they reported that the promotion on my account has not expired. Ordered my phone on line for store pick up because I need the phone asap for work. So Thank you for the lady who refused to do her job and provide customer service to a verizon customer. This is not my first or second bad experince at this store. The workers just have a bad attitude and hate to do their job. Go to another store.
I needed help and instructions with my new phone. Charity was knowledgeable and patient. She made the process easy and stress free. Sebastián was friendly and reassuring. With such representatives, will remain a loyal Verizon customer and recommend them to others. Thank you, Charity!
