This is absolutely ridiculous! I have an overdue payment in which I thought I had set up a promise to pay for HOWEVER, they cut off my service and to my surprise I can’t get through to talk to a REAL person. No matter what I try. People forget things and yes I get you have your job however I think it’s EXTREMELY unprofessional that you can’t even speak to a real person when something like this happens.

Kudos for two young men at this Verizon location - Josh and Angel!
Went in this past week with a damaged phone that was under warranty by Assurion. After a frustrating start, Josh came out, explained he was the manager and proceeded to guide me through the warranty claim. Thank you Josh, for being there assisting and reassuring.

Had to go in again the following evening because the SIM card on the new phone was not was not working. We arrived shortly before closing, Angel met us and proceeded to change the SIM card out as the other employees were closing down the store. When I apologized for arriving so close to closing, Angel replied that no worries, he was there to help us, regardless of the time.

Truly appreciate the time and effort shown by these two staff members. They helped us even when a commission was not involved. We run a small family business and change phones on a regular basis - guess who we will be asking for when it's time to buy our next phones? Thank you again, guys!

I would like to state that I was quite surprised at the level of service at this store on Beach Blvd, 9320 I believe. I’m fairly new to Jax, and this is not generally the kind of service I get in Miami, only 1 store on Bird Rd, about maybe 97th Ave. Kyle was professional, proficient, knowledgeable, patient, focused, and very customer oriented. He solved my ongoing problem quickly, and the whole dreaded ordeal out not to be, at all. It was a pleasant experience after all, and I have now reevaluated my opinion of Verizon (but I will keep my eye on them, ha ha!). Thanx Kyle

Angel and JD were amazing at helping us get back to verizon after making the mistake switching to tmobile. Definitely the verizon to go to for everything.

Store hours state open till 7, its 6 pm and the stores shut down. Called and got hung up on. So, was going to start a new line. You just lost a long time customer, not that one person matters but word spreads and Verizon is definitely not the best but wanted to be loyal, been a customer for many years. No worries, ill take my business elsewhere.

I was shocked at the incredibly rude sales representatives that worked at this location. My fiancé and I arrived at this location at 6 PM today, requesting a simple line transfer. The sales reps did not help us at all, instead pointing to a phone where we could call to get the line transferred. The line transfer was unsuccessful, and the phone was left without service. We were on the phone (in the store) with Verizon customer service for an hour. The only time a sales associate came over to “help” was to say “Not to rush you or anything, but we close in 3 minutes”, and made us leave the store at 7: 05 with a phone that wasn’t working at all. Even after telling the employees our phone had no service, they didn’t bother to help. Absolutely shocked at how rude every single sales rep was tonight. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

So thankful for the team at the Atlantic Blvd location. I came into the store pretty desperate after several attempts already with our business team trying to solve an issue. Angel Avelar initially helped me and roped in his manager, Josh D. Both of them stayed on the phone with my business liaison for over 30 minutes as we did troubleshooting. Eventually, Angel suggested a different approach that worked! Very thankful for their patience, expertise, and help!

Verizon along with any other phone company is a joke. We were told to go to this location after realizing how badly the Kernan location messed up setting up our business account that we still can't get access to almost 2 years later. Discovered we are paying $200 more then we should but we don't get reimbursement for Verizon reps fault. We get set up with the wrong internet device again after specifically telling them what we need. They can't help us access our account to see a break down of the bill we have to call a number where they can't help can't get a lined removed because again we have to call another number. We get bounced back forth on who can help and no one steps up to actually help solve your problems. We asked if we can just set up a whole new business account under another one of our business names so it can actually be set up correctly but we're told we would have to return all of our phones back in order to do that which makes absolutely no sense when those phones at the time were completely paid off and we were still staying with Verizon. On top of a Verizon rep talking about how many chicks him and his buddies use bang. I have never had a good experience switching to Verizon customer service and professionalism is dead.

Just had a great experience. You know when the phone goes down and you feel lost? I came in to Verizon and Angel helped me with my phone, responded to my questions and was super patient, I really appreciate him I didn’t know what to do and he helped me with everything, I’ll come back to the store to get my new phone soon.

Every time I’ve come to this store I leave disappointed and with no answers. Never given a clear $ estimate when trying to upgrade my phone and service. I feel scammed. I understand they are trying to make a sale. I’ve had many other issues with Verizon in general not just with this specific store, but I’ve only come to this regency location and the costumer service is unsatisfactory, 0/10 would never recommend. Switching to T-mobile. If you’re a Verizon customer go to a different store prob won’t get much help here.
I was there Jun 23rd to upgrade my phone and was told I requested a service change (which I never did) I was told my current balance and that I had to pay it in order to upgrade so I did, I also was told I could pay my remaining balance of the device $75 so I did. And now I’m getting messages saying I owe 2 months worth of payments when I should only owe one.no one is on the same page and I’m told something different by each person, currently on phone with customer service for over an hour now to try to get things sorted out because whenever I’ve gone into the store it seems they don’t really want to help and will try to just upsell to make the $.

I went into this store on yesterday to make a payment, but just before I made the payment I had a question about switching the insurance from my wife's phone to my phone. The salesman that I was talking to wasn't sure so he posed the question to the group that was huddled around another station and I'm not sure if the person responding was a manager or what. I use this location all the time to make payment and normally the manager would come over and assist, but this time I was given the firm answer of no you can't do that it's not open season that ended a couple of weeks ago. I was told by someone else when I got the insurance on my wife's phone that anytime that I wanted to switch it there would be no problem, but I didn't get a chance the opportunity to explain that to the person that never came over and introduced himself. I've noticed that it's more easy to say no and leave it at that rather than see if assistance can be provided because if I were purchasing a new phone I'm pretty sure that insurance would be offered. Everyone needs to he on the same page with information

Very helpful I got a new phone and saved money in the process. Oh and just an fyi the cell phone they call you from is their work phone the ladies there aren’t flirting with you it’s just their job. If you call the number back that they called you from they will not allow you to take them to a nice restaurant Friday night cause you want to see what she looks like outside of the work atmosphere. (Just Incase you were wondering)

Horrible customer service experience. Rep was unsure about everything he did. I eventually just walked out, frustrated, canceling my phone purchase.

I'm glad they had the green iPhone 13 pro in stock but they weren't very friendly. The sales representative put my screen protector on but you could tell that he didn't want to. Actually, someone else wound up doing it and I'm glad she did it. He also wouldn't let me transfer my data from my old phone to my new one I had purchased, while in the store. He said I should do it at home because it would take 3 hours. My phone hardly has anything on it because it is only a couple months old so I knew that wasn't true and I was on my way to work so I wouldn't be home til late that night, which I did mention to him also. So, my phone still isn't activated yet. Currently working on it now. There was maybe one other customer in the store so I don't know what the rush was to get me out. Very disappointed.
