Please recognize Amber and Amanda from your Perry, Florida store. They have been incredibly helpful and patient with me in addressing issues and concerns regarding my accountant and technical issues. They are both extremely knowledgeable and proficient. They represent Verizon in a positive light, professionally and technically.

Chris took excellent care of us thru our recent upgrade process. He was patient, kind, answered tons of questions & does an amazing job of multi-tasking in a very busy environment. He is definitely an asset to the Perry location. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The other staff members do a great job also. They all are very knowledgeable & professional.

What a RUDE person working the store this evening! I tried to pay off my account and they wouldn't accept my payment in the store. They have ripped off my aunt for 2 years not crediting her for the trade in & keeping her stuck at old rates. THANK GOODNESS Verizon is NOT the ONLY game in town. RIP OFF COMPANY NOW, just like the rest riding a name with no SUBSTANCE! LOSERS

They seemed to be good people and willing to help, corporate sent me there as them a corporate store but they aren't. Verizon really needs to get it together. Change all the Verizon retail stores to be able to help you if you ordered the phone from corporate or not

Called to inquire about S21 Galaxy phones and price check. Chris was very helpful and we ended up going to the store and purchasing 2 S21 Ultras. Chris was knowledgeable, professional and the reason we will return to this store. He's a keeper!
