One of the worst retailers out there. Had to go to an official Verizon store twice for my device to be activated. And after the horrible service they wouldn’t let me return my device saying they don’t accept returns.
Worked with Ryan and I am so glad I stopped in today! He was super helpful, explained the plans, showed how we could lower our monthly bill and set me up with a new phone! He explained everything, and answered all my questions. Walked out with a new phone and a lower rate, great experience overall!
Customer service was very friendly and more than helpful. Herb was fun to talk to and very knowledgeable. I had an issue with an old case and Herb took the time to explain the difference in the cases that I was inquiring about. Would 100% recommend and purchase from the store again.
Ryan and the girl there were the best. Even called Ryan from home and he walked me through and fixed my problem. I will only go back to there store.

Terrible service, staff was lack luster. After trying to purchase a phone after 20 minutes back and forth I was told I have to finance instead of purchasing. I don’t need finance, I need a phone which I was not allowed to pay for with a card or cash. After asking for the reason, I was told fraud. I don’t what is fraudulent about paying for a cellular device. The store was empty for a reason. Won’t be going back.

Ryan was my representative in Venice, Florida, who helped me return my iPhone 8s, select a new one, and set up my new iPhone. My Verizon account longevity is one month less than his age, 27. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly, he can explain the phone transfer and technology involved such that the customer understands as he walks through the process step by step. He also set me up with a new 5G plan at a great cost. And his patience is commendable, especially in dealing with the “Elder Population” here in SW Florida. Ryan is indeed an asset to the Verizon sales organization, and I intend to recommend him to my friends on the Verizon network.

Devon is an excellent salesperson. He made the process of getting a new phone very easy and stress free. He reassured me he is available for any help I may need with my new phone. I really like this store location and now knowing Devon is here for help is a big relief.

Don't waste your time here - poor customer service, rude employees only interested in trapping you into a contract. Expect no service or support after giving them your money, only more fees to pay.
Beverly was amazing in the purchase of my new phone and transferring everything to the new phone. She had multiple customers at the same time and multi-tasked to help us all concurrently, staying cool as a cucumber and answering all of our questions. Impressive customer service!
This place is the worst. Verizon needs to decertify this glorified phone case and charger store as an actual retailer. Bad service, well no service.is prevailing theme here. The staff, well two attendants, to be accurate, were sitting around doing nothing with not a single customer when I arrived. Yet, they offered no help and instead insisted all the info from Verizon was false and they were the true experts. Well, these two experts (at doing nothing) can pay for my 3 years of new iPhone 14 and iPad service because my order was cancelled immediately after my visit to this bastion of idiocy. Good luck getting anything more than a screen protector from this place.
The personnel at this store went above and beyond to help us with our purchase and setup. I highly recommend this store I went first to the local corporate store and couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge I was in the store let alone provide any service.
Store manager was outstanding! She went above and beyond to retrieve my data from my serverly damaged phone and get it to transfer to a new phone!
