. I agree with most reviewers that this store is not hidden gem is just plainly A JEM. Your store employee Eric really took care of us professionally and kindly - he is example of provider of great customer service!
I would definitely give this store five stars, because the store (employees) deserves it. Only one thing did unpleasantly surprised me (and that's what I'm not giving store five stars) - there is no bathroom for customers!
Customers bathroom should be part of every company's store dealing with public (and most of the companies do have them), especially in the area like here, where major portion of the population is over 50, (believe me we need our (your) bathrooms everywhere we go - aaaand often. When they're not there, we feel irritated, uncomfortable and we just want to run out. Not the best scenario for business to make money.)

I was trying to get my phone fixed but I made the mistake of thinking that a store with a Verizon name would be helpful with a phone and service from. They had a really bad attitude talked down to me and only wanted to know what I wanted. They finally told me and gave me a couple plasrs that fixed phoned. He should have done that at first. But I, got my, phone fixed in 1 day for only, $107.00 and I might have to look for service from someone who is more customer concerned,

The best store I've been in. All the workers are knowledgeable and willing to work with you.
They need to go to New Lenox IL and teach them how to do things.

Well, it's Verizon, just like the town I moved from.staff doesn't know what they have in stock, can't do anything without mgrs help,
I WENT TO BEST BUY AND GOT THE BEST SERVICE I EVER HAVE AND I'VE BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR YEARS, IM MOST LIKELY SWITCHING CARRIERS SOON

Dealing with people on a regular basis I was not looking forward to dealing with my phone issues, and have put it off as long as I could. As this was my second time in a week I did not have much faith, to my surprise I was lucky enough to get Ed Eagle! My experience was amazing, he took the time to address my issues and I ended up with a new phone and the best part he saved me money! As I have been with Verizon for 18 years I have had thoughts of changing carriers, well as of that visit I am staying put, thank you Ed, you redeemed customer service for me!

Our experience with Verizon wireless began on a sour note. We had issues with the delivery and setup for all devices on our account. However, when we returned to the Verizon store, two days in a row, Alex, was able to fix our problems. He was kind, patient, and apologetic. Thank you, Alex, for your superior customer service. We truly appreciate you!

I have been trying to transfer mom's account. When. Passed away they were rude and still haven't transfered account I have took the info t hey wanted 4 times and they are still chargibg Me for my mom's phone she passed away in August

If I could add stars I would. We, my husband and I, went in with a budget to get new phones as mine is broken. We knew the first Bill after the upgrade was going to be higher, but wanted our monthly bill to stay under a specific amount. Ed worked so hard and well with us to make sure we could get me a new phone, under budget and even found a way to get my husband a new phone too! ALL UNDER BUDGET! Ed was wonderful and explained every step of the process in getting the new iPhone 13s for both of us, and STAYING UNDER OUR MONTHLY BUDGET! So happy to have worked with him this evening. Go to Ed!

Hey- doctor Nina just got my phone up and charging.it was impacted by construction dust and debris and would not accept the charging port; she methodology devised a way to preform the surgical procedure for my-charging use again. Please let certain people within your organization use compressed air; she has the brains and capabilities of such task.what an asset to Verizon - for such simple task for her, but, I’m not so tech savvy!

There is a Verizon Rep there named Ed he was absolutely amazing me and my wife came in to switch our phones and add a hotspot he not only helped us with everything we needed all the questions we had but he was very knowledgeable and efficient/fast & I highly recommend going to this store and allowing Ed to assist you.

Friendly staff very clean pleasant experience no waiting in li e to pay bill have a kiosk in back of store you can go right up too and pay bill there which is very helpful especially when you do not have the time to sit around and wait

Short visit. Help fix Verizon item to use instead of regular wifi when not working. As usual staff knew what we had to do, got it working in no time. They always know what they are doing!

A few days ago I bought an iPad from a different location and was informed that it would activate when I initially powered it on. Since it didn't and I was unable to operate on cellular signal, I came into this location for assistance. Brian was assigned to help me out and determined that my iPad wasn't correctly entered into Verizon's system. So he replaced my SIM card and even helped me clean my iPad and case so any debris that entered wouldn't drive me crazy. Now my iPad is rocking 4G like it should. Thanks for the help!

I had a strange thing happen with my cell phone and I was unable to fix it. The people at the Verizon store were awesome. It took 2 of them to figure out what had happened and then they patiently explained what had happened and what to do if it happened again. Thank you.
