Always a great experience when I go in for anything that needs to be done. Always greeted when I walk in. All the employees are kind and helpful, don't interrupt you, and listen to everything to have to say. They give expert opinions without trying to upsell any unnecessary add-ons. Yeah it tends to get busy but they all work as fast as they can and still pay attention to detail.
Awesome experience. I was able to get my phone updated and internet for my house. Nick was fantastic. I am sorry but I have to add that I was sold a phone (Samsung a13) that is currently working as my GPS. My $300 Garmin gave up when I moved from Port Charlotte!

No box, no return. The manager says that's company policy. Well, I'm asking: where is customer satisfaction? Now, I have to pay for a device that doesn't work for what I need, just because I don't have the box. I am still under the 30 days return policy. I am very disappointed if this is how this Company works.
Had a problem with my phone. AT&T never told me my phone was locked. You would think they would tell you that. Brandon helped me out tho!
I just stopped at this location. At 5: 30 David instructed his co-worker to lock the door so no one else could enter the building. His co-worker said he didn't feel comfortable locking the door 30 minutes early. David replied that he literally does it ALL THE TIME. Thinking that my issue was a quick fix I approached David and explained my dilemma. At this point he told me I would have to come back and speak with my consultant directly. This baffles me because I assumed any Manager would have the authority and brains to assist me. David is rude and arrogant. He was also condescending which is funny because he doesn't know how to handle a simple customer service issue. Get it together David!
Jordan was was very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, quick and made the process of first time switching from android to iOS on my daughter and I phones and set us up with watches and tablets as well. Great overall experience that I will be recommending friends and family to him and that Version store.
