Brought Mother in law in with a defective phone of only 6 months old that had 2 year warranty. Employee Zach says he can't do anything. Mother in law buys full price new phone. I heard him ask to ok a text, figured he was switching service to new phone. Says all set. Get home, phone isn't activated. Thanks Zach. Guess you couldn't be bothered actually doing your job.
Unsatisfied of stuff. They don't have to depend on each other and make even easy decisions themselves
I went to the store to ask about switching from my current carrier to Verizon, I know the service is best but customer service in this store is very bad, it seems like none of the employees like being in this store.
Everyone here hates their job and they show it. Have a problem? They want to pass you off or get rid of you asap. No help at all. I CAN’T wait to get rid of Verizon.
Even with being out of the country Emily was able to help get my problems with my account fixed. She was incredibly helpful and had great customer service. 10/10 would recommend
Iv been in this store several times and have never once had a problem. The staff is always very professional and helpful. I came in today with a pretty advanced customer service problem that the Verizon authorized retailer on 41 created, but refused to help fix. The store manager Naheem spent almost two hours helping me deal with multiple customer service departments until the issue was resolved. Can’t thank him enough. I’d also like to point out that a bunch of the negative reviews are for the wrong store, calling it a retailer which this is not. This is the only corporate Verizon store in Naples. I highly recommend staying away from authorized retailers (especially Victra). You’d have better results handing your wallet to the homeless guy on the corner and smashing your phone with a hammer.
Manuela is the best. These folks provide the Corporate level of service, so they are somewhat slower, but they do everything to set up a customer. The nicest service I have ever gotten at a phone store!
Alex and Nadi were amazing! Super helpful and patient with us and answering all our questions. Normally getting a new phone is a painful process and they made it so easy. Will definitely go back to this store for future needs.
I totally dislike this store for many reasons (see other posts) and I found out something interesting on my recent visit. This isn’t a Verizon store but a retailer only. I found this out cause the salesperson could not access our account. He told us we would have to visit a core Verizon store to access our account. These guys are just here to sell things and make money. They won’t tell you that and this my dislike for this store. They charged us all kinds of fees without telling us they were going to do that. STAY AWAY!
I waited 45 minutes to have them answer a simple question went across the street to Best buy they had me out of there in 30 seconds. Everybody's standing around paying no attention to anyone I was one of about six people One guy was missing work but needed his phone. One lady was working with one gentleman the entire time.
Terrible service, more than 3 hours for a person to serve you, too much waste of time, I will not return to this store
Unreal.i came to the store.immediately.got a text from verizon at 2: 01 that 5 people ahead of me.now 3.55 in Sunday almost two hours after.and still waiting.terrible service.hope one day they can improve
