14Walked in today (Saturday) as a walk in, and was greeted by Tatiana. I needed to switch a line with my current provider to Verizon. Tatiana printed out a qoute that was detailed enough so we were able to understand what the rates would be. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions we had. All of the employees looked as if they enjoyed working there and seemed very happy. Franklin stood out to me as well because I noticed him helping his co workers with a few issues as they came up. I highly recommend this location.
Worst customer service ever managers need training on customer service skills very rude and unprofessional.from the moment my sister walked in they brushed her off and was not helpful.it’s sad how management can’t even provide a positive customer service experience to paying customers
This place treated my wife very poorly.both managers should be let go they are racist my wife is not one to get upset.but since the moment she walked in manager did not want to help her and was rude and making up excuses not to help her and didn’t even bother looking up her account
It's Verizon wireless store. Had all the products I needed for an upgrade on my phone.
Very rude sales staff. Low inventory. Impossible to compare the Apple Watch options due to them being locked in their display cases. (Staff couldn’t access. And the watches were all needing to be reset from an apparent wind storm. Several days later I went in again and none of the watches had been reset so I literally couldn’t shop for one.) The staff was ambivalent and one in particular was outright rude. Do yourself a favor and just order online rather than subject yourself to snotty nosed twenty somethings who know technology but have no idea how to interact with humans.
Javier made up an excuse as an answer. He later had to remind it. He asked Joe to talk to me but he ignored us and Chelsea spoke up to help.
The owner posted on my review apologized for the issue I had at his store and now his post is gone. Why?
No personalities, no name tags, no real interest in the Customer. However, they always ask "who did you talk to? " NO NAME TAGS. NO INTRODUCTIONS! Will I ever go back for that kind of treatment?

I went in for trade in last night but for some reason whenever my new phone went to activate it didn’t work. So the Asia the manager and I were on the phone with customer service for two hours last night and they couldn’t get it to work. So this morning I went back in, Asia and I spent 4 hours on the phone with them again with her and I both trying everything they were telling us to do. She was very patient with me thank goodness and she was so helpful and felt bad I had to leave my newborn for so long for both visits to the Verizon store. She is truly a kind person and deserves a raise or something and I’m so thankful for all her help and her teams help.
It's not a good place at all. There is one on South Florida Ave right across from bed bath and beyond. They will treat you right with respect. Don't go to the South Florida or the 98 north store. Go to the one across from bed bath and beyond and you will not be sorry.
Not the best customer service from Javi the representative I spoke with, he was very condensing and not pleasant to speak with.
I wanna throw a major shout out thank you Ginger North Lakeland branch amazing just amazing woman she does what she can no matter what the circumstances she took no time in taking her time to make sure things got taken care of because of an incident which I'm blessed to have a woman like her had a job that involved something so important as your communication to the world Thank you ginger
