I returned an iphone to this location for a refund and weeks later, Verizon says it has yet to receive it at the warehouse. They are investigating, I'm filing complaint to BBB. Be extra careful when dealing with this location.

The worst customer service in the world. I was with Verizon for 6,5 years. And these people made me cry twice. Had to change the provider. They are awful.

I'm a regular costumer since many years and today I felt like they don't value their costumers I went for something that I couldnt resolve but the Falcón the Colombian guy I don't remember the last name exactly he charged me only because I had hidden my apps $29.99 seriously you can make a favor I have more than 6 lines with verizon and I pay a lot every month. Is a shame costumer service here.

Duke was incredibly helpful, quick, and professional. Didn’t waste our time like other phone stores. We added 2 new line, and upgraded 2 phones in less than 45 minutes. Thank you!

Before you go to this place and before you get phone services Verizon remember one thing if you have online banking or if you have an iPhone and you can't get into your stuff because you have two step verification they will not help you get a device nine days ago I lost my phone I have Capital one bank you just can't walk into a Capital One pull out money so if you don't carry cards on you and you rely on your iPhone you're screwed so I called Verizon I explained my situation they told me it's not a problem and I have this on recording go ahead and go down to Verizon and you can just pick yourself up the phone and we'll charge it to your bill that's what AT&t does that's great so I go down there and the help that was that place nobody really helped me do anything one guy and put me on the phone so I can call Verizon and then the rest of them just stood around and looked at each other not one person tried to help me solve my problem in any way and now. Because I can't find a device or get any kind of help trying to access my account to help me buy a phone I now am homeless and because I'm a single father I don't have my kids anymore went to three different stores spoke to Verizon numerous times which I've recorded every phone call so I need somebody to help me if anybody know a good attorney there's got to be a legality behind this all I wanted was the phone I didn't mean to lose my family in my home because Verizon can't afford to provide me with the phone so I can pay they got to come up with something a little bit different other than lying to their customers and keep them in the dark about how they do things I'm going to post this on every web page there is just to let Verizon know so they can see for themselves it's just because you can't access the bank to get money and right away you should still be able to access it to get a phone I should never have had to lose my kids or my home all because I couldn't access the phone they should have been able to help me I'm a customer if this is going up everywhere the night before last I work remotely I had my iPad my MacBook sitting on the table at a parking Brickell doing a surveys so I can come up with the money to go by my iPhone and I get hit in the face of the ball bat now I lose my iPad and my MacBook and now I'm out of business because that's how I made a living and then when I called to report my tablet the lady told me that there's nothing that they can do at all to help me so now I'm really screwed cuz I have absolutely nothing so Verizon has made me the king of nothing thank you Verizon for helping me hit the lowest part of my life all I wanted you to do is help me get a phone and I can't access my funds without a device all I wanted so I included a pic of what happened to me since I've been on the street because of Verizon

The store manager Kiki was literally a saint! From the moment I walked in he gave me his full attention and made my over 2-hour stay feel like absolute perfection! He went out of his way multiple times to not only listen to my problem but was proactive in many ways as how to solve all the issues properly and effectively. I cannot thank him enough for his support and sensitivity to every item threw his way. His demeanor was stellar, and he really made me feel like he truly cared and was extremely empathetic to what I was going through. I would highly recommend anyone who wants great customer service to go visit this location even if it means driving a little further, I guarantee that it will be worth the trip! A million Thank You's Kiki!

I bought a product and they cant even find it. Bad customer service. Dont recomend this location or this career. Its been 2 weeks after ibwas told they would reach out to me internally.

RUN and go to ANY other Verizon store. Unorganized, rude, and careless with your personal information and property. If I could leave a negative star review, I would.

I was "helped" by Carlos, who spent most of the two hours hiding in the back storage room of the store. I ordered and paid for a phone online, and despite having my receipt of payment, identification, account information and login, and the out of state account owner on the phone with me at the store, Carlos would not release the pre-paid phone because I was not an "authorized manager" on the account. When we tried to ask for his help in doing this, he told me that he "only deals with the app" and "not with customers. " WOW. The only way to add an "authorized manager" was to send a text message to my old phone- the one that wouldn't turn on and was the whole reason for ordering a new phone. When I pointed this out to Carlos and asked for suggestions, he said it "wasn't his problem" because he "only deals with the app. "

Turns out this was an easy fix with one call to corporate customer service, who was able to add us in less than five minutes. At no point did Carlos or any other team member try to connect us to customer service for this easy fix. They left us on their speaker phone in the middle of the store talking about our account security features for over two hours. He also refused to allow us to turn off the speaker phone so our personal information wasn't on blast for the entire store. The most ironic part is as soon as my name was successfully added as an"authorized manager, " Carlos just handed over the phone. No asking for identification, verifying my name, or anything else to verify that I was the person on the account. YIKES.

If you want to go to a Verizon store that treats you with respect, helps you find a solution to your problem, and handles your property and personal information with actual security measures and not boilerplate responses about how it's "not my problem", go to any other Verizon location in the Miami area. [Went promptly to the Coral Gables location where another customer with the same problem had NO issues picking up their phone. ]

Johnathan in Mid Town Miami Office took gr8 care of my concerns, very continual w/ tech support, luv'd helping clients with a Sassy Experience of really ensuring & engaging with his clients. Just came to this Verizon store looking for help to transfer and re activate an account and this gentleman Enrique went above and beyond an excellent customer service, he helped me, took the time to explain, to even call another customer service number. I surely fulfilled my expectations coming here. Enrique and Verizon thank you so much for your help and service.
