It is essential for a service provider to be on the same page with their customers. Hearing "I didn't set the rule" makes me feel like I'm talking to an underdeveloped AI.

Just a terrific experience with the team at this location. Congrats to Fred who was just named store manager and the extra help that was provided by Quentin (Verizon Business Manager). We moved from AT&T after nearly 20 years. Good News is I now can use my cell phone at my home office!

As a prepaid customer, I recently visited this establishment to acquire a new SIM card and activate my newly purchased phone. The representative promptly provided me with a new SIM card for a nominal fee of $20, which I found to be acceptable. However, upon checking my app, I discovered that my new phone was not being recognized. This discrepancy arose due to the fact that my previous phone operated on a 4G network, whereas the new one utilized 5G technology.

I approached the representative with this issue, and they assured me that the new phone would be recognized on the app shortly. Regrettably, after waiting for an entire month, I was compelled to contact Verizon for further assistance. To my dismay, I was informed that an update to my plan was necessary to accommodate the 5G capability of my new device.

It is disheartening that I paid $20 solely for the activation of a SIM card, which did not facilitate the proper recognition of my phone.

Marco and Ellen were the very best and took 2 hours with us, trying to get issues fixed, which was a nightmare. I can't thank them enough for their time as the customer service department it sucks and jerked them around also!

Honestly, they are clueless there. Customer service was terrible. Gave me the wrong product and were not helpful at all.

Each time I go in, I know that I will be frustrated, annoyed, and disappointed. Yet I continue to try. Trust me. It's worth the extra time to drive to ANY OTHER STORE. Save the aggravation and just drive right by and head to the best one. The woman I encountered today had no clue. Completely lost and blaming the Verizon systems for being "Glitchy, " that's why I was getting a different price? It was just ridiculous left without buying anything for the second time.
Like I said.just move on, or call the 800 number.
I've been a customer for almost 20 years and can't understand why I continue to allow myself to be suprised.

This store is as slow as they come, I compare the experience to shopping at Walmart. No place to sit when you have a line of people waiting either. Also, when you have a manager in the store they should be there to help clients to get them out the door rather than stocking phone cases that are not even visible to the public. Verizon customer service is going down hill quick.

To who it may concern, I am sincerely grateful for the professional outstanding service that was provided by your associate Fred. I would really like to recommend Fred for a Bonus. $5000 would be a blessing. I received his assistance on straightening out a problem that was irresponsible from another Verizon vendor. I will never ever visit that location again and will recommend your location. Thank you so much for hiring such a responsible outstanding young man.
