I always get amazing service when I'm at the Deerfield Verizon store. They are very patient and explain everything clearly. I have purchased multiple phones here and will continue to do so. They take their time with you!

Beware of this place They are just a bunch a young scammers in cheap suits. When in a couple of months ago because I had an upgrade on my phone when I walked in there a kid by the name of Dante and his supervisor Joe assure me that I can get a free phone on my business account upgrade only to find out after they made me sign the contract quick! Without reading it they had actually suckerd me into purchasing the phone for $800. When I checked my statement that month I saw that they had charged me for the phone monthly, so I went back and spoke to Joe the manager and he told me that they would none they can do that Dante was working at a different location I do not recommend this place and I would beware and video tape or record everything they say to you you were dealing with a bunch of young wolves of Wall Street

I went in for a phone upgrade and was told by Zack that I didn't qualify and would have to pay full retail ($699).
I went home and got on the Verizon website and was able to get the phone for free without having to change my current plan.
Beware of commissioned salesman!

Joseph Mionis was by far the best technician I have ever worked with at Verizon or any cellular retailer. His knowledge for all phones was apparent and he actually seemed to have a passion for technology he was working with. He answered all my questions and was very patient with anything that I did not understand. When putting on my tempered glass he was meticulous to ensure perfection. It's people like Joseph that will keep me a Verizon customer.

Always helpful whenever I have a problem. Fred is one of the reason why I come to this store. He goes above and beyond to help.

I switched from Tmobile, I was expecting my bill to drop a little bit and hopefully get better service. My bill doubled, and my service, coverage and speed is worse… a huge mistake.
