10I can say I never felt I was going to receive so much false information well at the store till using Victra Verizon (we were getting phones well on vacation). I get all the way home, five hours away only to find out nothing that was said in the store was true. I paid way more than I was told I would spend and then promised to fix that on my bill, which did not happen. I was told the 100 on the bill would be credited back the second and third month which won’t happen. I was told my bill would be 70 less a month than what it is. I was told I can’t get a port promo which wasn’t true. I was told so much false information it’s unreal, and when I try to call the aka store number, I get no answer for four days straight calling nonstop. No worries tho because the lovely lady at customer service did her best to help me out to fix this mistake and get me to where I want to be. I can say there was a promo, so I will port my number and she helped me get to where I needed to be (well as close as I can be). I am so thankful for her. Ps btw I called as well to see how I could get my old SIM card back but you wouldn’t answer so that’s not going to happen, thanks Kim for you aka personal number in case things don’t go right, that got me no where but your Google voice account you don’t even answer as well.
Owen saved the day! We had a few issues with payment processing. It was a busy day at the store being Black Friday and we ended up calling customer service to try and get help rather than waiting. We did not get much help through customer service and went to leave the store but Owen followed us out and was extremely helpful, my parents are old school and we're not sure how to set up auto-pay. He won the extra mile to make sure my parents were taken care of. What an awesome experience and great help he was. Thanks so much Owen! ¡
Such a scam! Went there to get iPhone 15. They said since we bought a 15 we could get a watch for free. So we got the Google pixel watch. They said it would be a $20 activation fee. We get our first bill and the activation fee is $35 and the watch is not free.called Verizon customer service and there is nothing they can do since this was a third party store even though the building says Verizon! Tried to call store directly and can never get the store. It always goes to service center. And since it's past 30 days wthere's nothing we can do. So basically they flat out lied about their promotions. Don't buy for there!

Awesome experience! New phone with a bit of a delay on set up, We believe due to a power outage just prior to our visit. Eric stayed an hour after store close but never gave up! We actually had a fun experience due to my husbands wonderful sense of humor.
My guy mike was awesome! He was able to handle what we needed and was super nice and knowledgeable.
The guy working here didn't seem too happy that I walked through the door. Tried to charge me for something that is free at a "Corporate" store. Maybe if the guy was a little bit friendlier I would have paid for the convenience since I was already there. Avoid these "Authorized Retailer" stores as they don't care about Verizon customers.
Great service. It's nice to see a store helping customers with problems and not just trying to sell you something. I bought a phone because they helped my wife! Being nice to people will pay double in the future.
