AJ is friendly and very useful when it comes to helping out issues on the phones and finds the most affordable plans and phones for our liking I give him a 10 star rating if there was one I won't come in to pay my bill unless he's here

I Tried 4 different service providers since I moved and relocated for work. It's important to have service when working far out in forestry areas, and nothing worked for me. Now after a very helpful store associate at the Verizon store today helped me activate my new phone; it now works everywhere that I need it to! I have had no issues since I just switched so far. The other Verizon store was unable to help me the first time I tried to activate my new Verizon device a week prior. Last time I used this service was over a decade ago. Glad to finally have service again.

The only store to go to in Live Oak. They helped me after the other store by Walmart which is owned by another company sold me an internet product without my knowledge and never gave me the box. Thank you!

I wish I could give less than one star as this is the worst place that I’ve ever done business I was told that I would get a one Internet, the best Internet that I could get anywhere. I got zero service when I went back to talk to the salesman of course he wasn’t there and the new salesman says that it wasn’t even available in my area so I had to return the phone as I was packaging or or doing a bundle plan, and when I returned the phone I got charged a restock fee of almost $150 And then after I had returned the phone Verizon debited my bank account for an additional $900 I’ve been waiting for more than two weeks to get my money back. I’m about ready to get an attorney so if you really want cellular service and you live in Live Oak Florida, please do not use Verizon go with Comcast go with any other service provider. Otherwise be prepared to be taken advantage of and overcharged and have your money taken your hard earned money that you work hard for I’m an elderly widow with a foster child, and could not afford this money to be taken out of my account and yet I’m still waiting for the return of my money, and I have a receipt to show where I returned it but the store I returned it to you never returned it to the Verizon corporate. They re-sold it to somebody else. The only way I’m even getting my money back is because I have the receipt where I returned it and I really don’t know if I am getting my money back since it’s been over two weeks I think I’m gonna have to contest this with my bank, so whatever you do, do not, I repeat, do not do business with Verizon’s unless you have some Vaseline.

Tyler was very helpful and very friendly, helped me get an upgrade and made the experience great.

AJ is the best. Took time to complete my phone data transfer & install the screen protectors. He got us switched from another carrier to Verizon and saved me a ton on bundles. Store was steadily busy. Y'all get that man some help over there. Got the S23 & Pixel 7! Thank you for your time AJ!
