After switching from T-Mobile, I can happily say I’m never going back! Kenzie helped my sister and I get new iPhones after a long overdue upgrade. Can’t recommend this store enough!

The experience of the manager and the workers is very bad, they have no ethics when dealing with the client and no good service and when there is a problem they never help to solve it even if they were the ones who made the mistake. They always comment that they cannot open the account in the system and they do not help clients who want to pay for their service. The KIT worker is the worst since she never faces the customer and the manager always yells and is rude to every customer who arrives. I do not recommend this store for absolutely anything, please do not come here because they do everything wrong and when they solve something they never can or worse, they hide in the back like Kit.

Bad service. They offer promotions that they can't do. The sellers are so rude, after the problems don't speak with the person about the problem

Kenzie and Kit were exceptional in there service. I have been having service issues and they assisted me in asking the right questions with tec support. Very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you guy's for the help

Samantha was so helpful in helping my mother transition from her old phone to her new phone. Smooth process, super informative. I will be coming back when I am ready for an upgrade.

Logan was super helpful. I had issues with my Apple Watch connecting to cellular. Come to find out Verizon never activated my watch or even added it to my account. Logan took care of everything for me.

Anaya had no assistance in the store so many people came in she handled each of the people in a fashion they deserved. Like a WONDERFUL CUSTOMER. She took her time addressed each issue leaving not a person wondering why they chose Verizon. This lady made me and everyone feel special. Thank u.

This staff at this location is nothing short of outstanding. Kit went above and beyond for me two days in a row, and I received a lot of help Kenzie on day two, as well. Store manager Logan is super fun and interesting to talk to, and certainly has a location to be proud of. Not all Verizon stores should enjoy similar praise.

I highly recommend the Wiregrass location, especially for transferring service (and all the potential obstacles associated with such a process), and they have tons of cellular accessories.

I understand if you write a review, they have a wheel full of discounts and prizes you can win. Their customer service, rocket fuel efficiency, and winning personalities are winnings enough for me.

Do not believe the overall Google start rating–it must be leftover from an older crew.

Visited this store with a friend. She purchased a phone and the experience was very pleasant. Logan was extremely helpful and we highly recommend this store.

Kit, Kevin, and Logan took incredible care of not only us, but the rest of the guests in the store when my husband and I went in recently to update our phones. Each one of these courteous individuals showed impeccable knowledge, and answered all of our questions respectfully with detailed explanations. I am grateful for their genuine diligence and kindness.

The manager is this store is unresponsive, unreliable, and a fraud. He will not return calls or emails. We have had a number of problems and the store manager is completely absent. I would take my business elsewhere.
