Came here and seen Mark and he set me with new service and gave me a great deal on a new phone. Very professional and kind.

I come here all the time with questions and the staff is always willing to help. Yesterday I came out of frustration and Mark not only help solve my issue but also sent me the links I needed to meet other concerns. The staff is always courteous and eager to help.

Came in today to switch from att to Verizon and was helped out by Marco. He did an excellent job and highly recommend coming in and switching over to Verizon with Marco

Mark was a awesome, patient, and courteous gentleman. He went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get a new phone today. We came across some issues but Mark was able to get through it all for me and I am very satisfied with my experience here at Verizon with Mark today.

Received excellent customer service from Ahlecx today. We were switching from T mobile to Verizon. He went above and beyond with the process. I would definitely recommend.

Just love coming to this location. The staff is friendly and helpful and always has a smile. There is an office closer to home but this is where I ALWAYS drive to. It is worth the trip.

A young salesman with poof, curly hair, very disrespectful and rude, and the way he actually approaches customers. I do not recommend this store and puts a bad negative in Verizon as a Carrier.

Stopped by this Verizon store. I met a wonderful gentleman named Marco Hernandez. This young man not only answered my questions and did a quick fix on my phone. He also got on the phone the insurance company in order to continue with my claim. Kudos to Marco for his help and all advice. I will refer everyone to him. Happy holidays to all!
