Really like Connor he is really nice and very helpful to us he explains everything we needed to know a lot better than when I walked in ask a guy some questions he just said my phone was ok but today was a great visit with Connor

Chris, the store manager, is so incredible! Chris helped me when my phone decided to stop working and I had to get a new one! Chris made sure I understood everything on my bill and answer all my questions! To top it all off, he opened the door when I left! Thank you Chris!

I had a problem with my phone where all inbound calls Read restricted. I must have talked to 10 different tech support team members over the phone and went to a different store and they could not fix either. So finally a manager told me over the phone to go to a store and have them change the SIM card and if that did not work they would work something out with me. So I went to a different location than I did earlier that day and was greeted by Matthew and told him the situation. He asked to see my phone and within 3 minutes. PROBLEM SOLVED! This man did in 3 minutes what all those others could not. And half of them were so called specialist. THANKS AGAIN MATTHEW!

We worked with Matthew to get my wife a new phone & he was great. Very personable & professional. Found my wife a great phone & gave us the cost breakdowns which we were very happy with. Connor was not only very tech savvy, but extremely positive, upbeat, friendly, etc. He actually spent at least an hour off the clock ensuring we were happy and everything that's needed and important to my wife and I. This young man deserves not only a raise but strong consideration for management if that's a path he chooses. HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASKING HIM FOR HELP ON ANYTHING RELATED TO THIS INDUSTRY!

Got a new iPhone 15 from Matt and felt pressured the whole time, he was very rude and was even rude to his coworker who tried to be nice and help him out, now I have extra stuff on my bill, and was promised one price and I’m seeing more than what was spoken about, when I tried to back out from getting the iPhone, because somehow the bill got higher even after paying it off right then and there, he got frustrated and rude and very condescending, so I got it because he promised a certain price and now I’m stuck paying an extra bill for an Apple Watch somehow.

To say that Connor is excellent is a gross understatement!
Connor is patient, perserverant, and smart all wrapped-up into one superb employee!
Not only is Connor Verizon's finest asset, his people skills exceeded all of my highest expectations! As an educator, RN, and former hospital administrator, I have high standards and I would hire him away from Verizon in a heartbeat!

Great experience at this store. Rob was very knowlegeable and helpful. Helped me to select a new phone, transferred everything from my old phone and explained new phone operation and billing in a way that was clear and easy to understand.

We needed help with Tablet for our boat and Roberto Mirabal was an amazing customer service and sales expert. He knew so much we switched my phone from Att to verizon because of him and got a new phone! Thank you Roberto for making the process enjoyable!

I had a great experience at cellular sales. I worked with Michael and he was able to find the most affordable plan for my family and I to switch to. He has saved us so much money on our monthly bill and we managed to get several new devices. He was very transparent through the entire sales interaction. Highly recommend going to cellular sales!

Roped me into paying almost $300 of taxes & fees in the store then slap me with a $400 first time bill, so naturally I call to change my due date because I can’t afford it. They said it was fine. I start receiving texts saying my service will be shut off so I call to make sure it’s not. They guarantee me it won’t be shut off. Well now it’s off and you can’t even speak to a representative until you pay your bill. What a joke. Avoid at all costs. My service is way worse than it was with t mobile. Had the phone for 3 weeks with an otter box & it’s already cracked just an awful experience from beginning to end. They couldn’t even apply my family and friends discount correctly when that was the reason I switched. Also, called this store 3x through the app and they said they couldn’t help me and HUNG UP ON ME. If it wasn’t too late I’d cancel my plan but I will definitely be switching at the first chance I get and letting everyone I know to avoid this company, especially this location.

The MVP is Jordan! He helped my mother (76) with backing up her old phone which the Ohio store did not. He was extremely helpful and I would be honored to work with him again when I buy a new phone. Highly recommend this place for the service I always receive!

Yes it wasn't professionally how the retail store 8700 4th Street North Verizon handled my account is supposed to be in a trade-in for the. Samsung 21 ultra s Plus. The guy that did it on August 11th he slapped my head. And never put a trade-in and that's why I gave you all a horrible score of a two-eye need a corporate manager to reach out to me this isn't disgusting. I was trying to get a new phone today and I can't because I still have a balance of $312 left on this old

They somehow added an unauthorized line to my account and placed an order for an iphone 15 that customer service said it was "delivered". Beware of sharing your information at this store or they may be placing unauthorized orders/adding lines to your account aka fraud.
