I worked with Kyle and he was wonderful. Extremely helpful and understood exactly what I needed so grateful for his help and kindness.

Came in to get a new phone because my other one was stolen and i was not disappointed! Kyle helped me through every step and got me a new phone for a good price. He was very nice and if my phone got stolen again I would buy another from him. 10/10 I recommend buying a phone from here.

Michael Deeg was very professional and helped me decide to upgrade my phone to the newest flip and gave me the confidence to purchase the galaxy 6 phone. I'm glad he was my EXPERT! I appreciated the positive energy of the entire team!

Great service. We drove to this store bc of the reviews and we were not disappointed. Great service from the time we walked in. Kyle and Aaron were very helpful. I enjoyed the fact that I did not feel like it is a "timeshare sale". We left store to check other options (I am being honest), and the fact how Kyle took care of us, made us drive back 25 min just to close the deal with him. Great service, no " push" attitude, help from all team members at that location.
Highly recommend. If you are looking to switch to Verizon please check out that location.

I have always gone to this office when dealing face to face with verizon. NEVER AGAIN. I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO THINK THEY HAD A BIT OF INTEGRITY AND WERE BEING HONEST. NO. THEY ARE LIARS. THEY THINK THAT IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS. LIE, SELL, LAUGH.
WELL THEY SCREWED ME INTO ANOTHER CONTRACT. I HAVE NIW LEARNED MY LESSON ON VERIZON. THEIR PRIME OBJECTIVE IS SEE JUST HOW HARD CAN WE “F” OVER THE CUSTOMER. DOESN’T MATTER AS THERE ARE ALWAYS MORE IN LINE TO SCREW OVER. THANK YOU. (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE.) FOR REINFORCING THE FACT THAT SALESMEN/WOMEN CANNOT BE TRUSTED TO BE HONEST. JUST LIKE A DEMONCRAP.

I was helped by Ricardo with a very frustrating issue with my phone return. He was patient, funny and turned a bad experience into one I won’t forget. Will be only using this Verizon location from now on

This was my favorite verizon place until I had their one sales rep. He just argued with me telling me my phone won't work with service too old so try to sell me a model 5 years old. Well my phone works fine but argued with me that it won't and shouldn't. I can't remeber his name but might make me not want to go there anymore. Unfortunately this was the best one until him. He was around 30 or so African America. Do not go to him if you want actual service and deals.

JJ and Brendan took excellent care of me when I had an eSIM issue in my previous eSIM from my iPhone had not been transferred over. They made the process quick, easy and painless. They were very gracious and efficient with their service. Much appreciated!

Nice selection of phones, but the service is extremely expensive and not much better than any of the other competitors. It is time to look for someone else.

Outstanding service and thorough overview of all available offers, promos, and discounts available. Biorkys Melina, the manager, set up the new phone to insure everything went flawlessly including the install of the screen protector and case. She is a true professional and this store makes it easy, unlike the company they represent. Verizon should take notes at this store….:)
