Absolutely terrible customer service from this location and coconut point. Considering changing my plan because of how rude these “professionals” are.

Buyer beware. Do not go to this store. They are dishonest and crooked. I am a business owner so it takes a lot for me to complain about a business online. This is the third time I have used this retailer out of location convenience and every time they have lied and billed me for things I did not want. I requested to pay for the phones in full but later discovered I was signed up for phone financing. This store should lose it's right to be an authorized Verizon retailer.

I received very poor, deceptive service at this store. Representative made changes to our account without telling me what he was doing. Put a charge on my credit card which is questionable and gave no receipt. Avoid this store

Like others I wish I could give zero stars to this crooked business! I was told I was getting a phone "on us". Instead, I am paying $7.50 per month for two years ($180). When I went back to the store (3 times) I was told that they would "fix it" and that they would get back to me. After 4 months, neither has happened. Even more disturbing is the manner in which they treated me-rude, condescending, and loaded with attitude. Verizon should be ashamed that a nefarious business like this has their brand pasted outside. Please stay away from these obnoxious crooks.

My experience with Jason B has been a blessing! Even when I thought all my photos, etc were lost forever, Jason knew how to find the answer. Prompt, thorough attention to my situation will keep me a loyal customer.

Jason was incredibly helpful. My uncle just passed, and my aunt was locked out of her phone and needed to switch carriers. He was so helpful and got us taken care of.

This Version Store was the best. We had Jason as our sales guy very nice and knowledgeable I highly recommend.

My phone died on Sunday. Went to store at 2100 Tamiami trail and was helped by John. You should do the same 100% helpful with everything (and I know nothing and needed a lot of help).

Wattch out for these crooked salesmen. Charged me 3 times for a $20 set up that I could’ve done on my own. George is one crooked MF’r so beware. This location will rip you off if you don’t pay attention.

Jason was great. He helped me with my phone and pairing with my headset. He did a marvelous job and im so grateful to have someone to go to.

Happy and helpful personnel. Even though there was a line of people the personnel knew what each one needed and took care of them quickly and efficiently.

Horrible! Did not sell what I needed he sold what he wanted. Consequntly it cost me an extra $189.00 for repair on top of the $80.00 product he sold me that I did not need. Service is horrible. I would suggest that you find a different putlet.

Nothing to do with this sales center, but Verizon is the absolute worst cell service anywhere. Absolutely horrible.

Samantha, the young lady who works at this Naples Verizon store was not only personable but very capable in the setting up of our new phones.
She was quick to explain the phone and answer any questions we posed. Regularly dealing with customer service people in many areas of the business world, Samantha, is in the top 10%, certainly one of the BEST!

Recently I received bad customer service at this location at 2100Tamiami Trail East Naples. Fl. 34113. Rep.name John P.has been especially misleading and didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. I wanted a monthly bill under 100 dollars.instead bill was 153.00 per month. I want back to store and try to talk to different Rep (Cody) he told me talk toJohn P he was not my REP. I didn’t want to deal with John any more I couldn’t trust him. I was forced to deal with him. Cody was rude and bad attitude not welling to help fix my problem. I went to a different store the next day and talk to a Verizon Rep on the phone She was great talk to her for 30 plus minutes and she straightened everything out. I was over paying for three months. Thank you John P.for your very bad service. I wanted to talk to store manger to tell her what bad service I received at her store Cody would not give me her name or number. Cody told me I’ll have her call you that was seven days ago and guess what no call from her. Thank you Cody for your effort to complete my very very bad service at this store. Please people do not use this store 2100 Tamiami East Naples. Fl. 34113.
