Don't waste your time in this store. Horrible customer service. Waited for 30 minutes inside the store and nobody came to speak to me.

I came to this Verizon store located at 10341 west colonial drive up all to purchase a phone cord because I know the ones at the gas stations aren’t any good so I purchase a 35$ charger from Russell cellular, the guy that sold it tells me told me there is a lifetime warranty. I had the cord about 6 days the cord doesn’t work I come in and speak to a guy named Nicholas, he looks at the charger says he can’t return it I told him all I want is another charger he tells me to wait another customer walks in he finishes with the second customer and tells me there’s nothing he could. This place is a rip off

Luis was very nice and helpful. I got set up as if I were visiting with a friend in their kitchen. Very comfortable and spacious place!

I just want to start off by saying I had an amazing experience at the Russell-cellular. The help I received the moment I walked threw the door was fantastic. The representative that helped us out his name is Lewis he is a tremendous help. We recommend this store is especially with Lewis at your hands.

Luis helped my husband and I make the switch from sprint to Verizon! We had a hard time doing it online so he saved the day for us! We appreciate him and his great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I felt bad he was alone in that store but he handled it like a true boss! Thank you Luis:)

My husband Michael Wayne Riley Sr was with Sprint for 20yrs when he started having problems with them everyone told him to go to Verizon for better service.
Well let me tell you he has the worst service ever! His phone is tied to his company so calls 24 -7 today alone he has had 3 dropped calls people are constantly telling him they can't hear him this is a major problem when you are running a business!
Please tell me how you can run a business if your phone is dropping calls or clients can't hear you?

My XS Max froze on me. I wasn’t able to get it to work but I was eligible for an upgrade and Keith was such a great help. Now the new owner of a 12 Pro Max. This is a great location if you ever need help.

My partner tried to purchase a phone as a father's day gift. They wouldn't let him have a proxy pick it up (me). So they said they would hold it for him. I came to get it to pay myself, and after waiting for ten minutes being completely ignored, they went to get it and came back to tell me they sold the one that was supposed to be on hold. Worst customer service ever, not even an apology.
