I have known Michael Torres professionally for years. Have followed him for help and advice on cell phones and plans in that time and trust him fully. His heart is selfless and customer service and satisfaction motivated. So glad to know that Verizon has someone believable and trustworthy that I can relay on as well has have confidence in sending friends and family to him for their needs as well! Came into the store because i was having issues with my bill and Michael was able to look at my account, explain what was going on and save me $60 monthly in the process. I definitely recommend coming to this store and seeing Michael. It was a pleasant experience.

Turning into my favorite store in the area. Angel was just awesome. I was on my way to get my iphone screen replaced. I came in for a screen protector. I wanted to have it ready when my screen got fix. Before I could pay he stopped me and gave me a couple other options before I paid. I’m so glad he did. Got a upgrade deal I couldn’t pass up. As I walked out with no broken phone to go fix. But, a brand new iPhone 14 for less then the cost to fix my old 11. Thank you Angel for the upgrade. Go check him and that staff out

Every time i've been to this store over the years I've had a great experience especially compared to other verizon stores.the staff is more personable & helpful, i can tell they really try to the best of their knowledge! Store manager michael & angel have both helped me most recently in the past couple of weeks with getting a new phone, accessories & transferring over all my data forever thankful.will most definitely be back when need be
