This store messed up my phone carrier when trying to sell me the home wifi service. They switched my carrier to Verizon for a promotion discount, and after they find out they can't provide me the home wifi, they failed to switch my phone carrier back.

They take no responsibility and help to this scenario, I lost $200+ and a whole sunday to resolve this issue by myself.

Anyone needs home wifi, or service plan, please go to T Mobile. I went to T Mobile for wifi and took me literately 20 minutes with no trouble.

Came into the store to go over international plans and the rep talked to me about the options. The rep was very thorough and even helped me fix a problem on my phone.

Dominique was very patient and helpful in changing over to a phone with a different operating system. Such a difference in going in this store vs one owned by corporate. Quality of service here is far superior.

I've been dealing with an ongoing issue with this location for anyear now and still isnt being resolved. I've talked with Kiana and JP about this issue numerous times and just get the run around. Last May i traded in my note 8 for a LG v60, Kiana told me the ongoing promotion was for 440 trade in when come to find out it was only 100. I would of never traded in my note 8 for 100 bucks if I had known that. I've called verizon about this and they can't do anything about it as this store isn't an official verizon store. Go to the official verizon store on 192 and svae yourself a lot of problems dealing with celluar service. My review will remain until this is resolved

Good Company, Deceptive Sales person.

I purchased phone and service from the dishonest sales boy named Angel Fernandez, he said I would get up to $1000 rebate and he sold me a Motorola. Things we're all good until I got an email from Verizon saying the phone Angel Fercnandez the sales boy sold me didn't qualify. I went to the corporate store and Vivian the store manager told me that Angel Fernandez the dishonest sales boy will bait customers into the phone that pays him the most commission. And lying about the rebates, knowing that after 30 days there is no return and he got paid. Pretty much nothing anyone can or will do. EXCEPT UNTIL NOW.

This is Deception, theivery and I would recommend that you deal with other sales staff at this store besides this dishonest worm. He is ruining Verizon wireless and Cellular Sales good name. Unfortunately I'm having to deal with Cellular Sales customer service.

It isn't about he money anymore. I spoke to Taylor the nice customer care lady in Knoxville and told her I want what was promised, and the rebate money o be donated To St. Jude's hospital for kids; AND a formal apology from Angel Fernandez the dishonest sales boy. 100% documented. This is Ridiculous.

Highly recommend this location and specifically David Kegley as sales agent. The service he provided for a phone I needed to do a warranty claim on was outstanding (even though someone else made the sale). David took the time to make sure absolutely everything was taken care of with a very friendly efficient manner. He obviously has thorough knowledge and command of every technical aspect. The customer experience was A+.

In September of 2021 I walked into this store to restore my mother's cell phone which had been disconnected due to a billing Snafu. I was pretty upset and, not the most patient customer. Angel completely turned the situation around, helped me address the billing issue and transfer the phone to my personal liability - all in less than 30 minutes while being an absolutely consummate and cordial professional. Buy your next phone here. These guys will provide you with impeccable customer service - and most importantly - will help you two years after you've purchased your phone.

My Agent was very knowledgeable and courteous in dealing with myself and my daughter. We ported 5 lines to Verizon and he knew exactly what needed to be done. He is an asset to the company.
