Verizon Authorized Retailer - Russell Cellular, Niceville FL

Today I stopped by this store because I had some issues and questions about my Apple ID. Connor was exceptional! He is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. This is not the first time Connor has assisted us so I thought it was time he gets the recognition. Whatever you’re paying him, you need to increase it because he’s the BEST you’ve got at this store! I personally will bypass your other agents and wait on him.

Hannah was awesome. She changed my plan and saved me more than $23 a month. I've been with Verizon for many years and didn't want to change carriers because of rate increases. She Rocks

The best Verizon store in the FWB-Destin area! The store employees are very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store manager Julie was very professional and able to assist me in a timely manner, even with my complicated situation of upgrades and adding multiple lines. If you use Verizon use this store.

Giving this store a 5 star simply because of Hannah! She is friendly and extremely helpful. I came in to the store close to the closing time and Hannah still took her time to answer all of my questions without rushing me to be out of the store. She was very informative and made my experience well. Should be more employees like her making each customers experience well! So 5 stars to this store because of Hannah! Thanks again for the help and will be coming back to transfer my line from a differ carrier to Verizon!

Julie was the only one in the store. She was multitasking and doing a great time. She explained everything to me so I would understand it. I would definitely recommend using Verizon Store

Julie, the Store Manager, is SUPERB! She was handling 3-4 customers at one time constantly. I was impressed at her knowledge, can-do attitude & will-do performance spirit. She was through, friendly, professional. Hannah was handling my order & exhibited the same friendly attitude. Keep these two girls & Russell Cellular will be successful & a great representative for Verizon.

Julie was awesome! I went in for new service and she took care of everything. I was in and out with no hassles.

I was helped immediately upon entering the establishment. My questions were answered, and all finance arrangements were stated clearly, by a knowledgeable employee, named Julie.
The only problem was with my previous service provider, AT&T, and they make it extremely difficult to drop their service.
Julie was able to do it. Thank God!
She never got frustrated with me, or AT&T.
Julie approached the situation with professionalism, and decorum.
I am very grateful that she was available to help me.
I am getting to old to fight with phones, and phone providers. And thanks to her, I have a better phone, with all my previous data transferred over, from my old phone.

I went to get a case for my new iphone, ended up buying the wrong one. So I went back to exchanged it for the right case. It was painless n quick! Great customer services n fast!

Nathan was great! Walked in with no appointment and wasn’t even sure I was going to upgrade. Less than 30 minutes later walked out with my new phone with all my information transferred.

Needed to swap out my faulty phone for one that works. Faulty phone was still under warranty. Russell Cellular promptly filed my claim, ordered me a new phone, and had it sent to my house. Upon receipt of the new phone, I took it to Russell Cellular and they did the phone-to-phone transfer for me. I ordered a lens cover, it arrived within a week, and Russell Cellular expertly installed it on the phone for me. I'll go back there for future smart phone/Verizon issues.

Julie was very professional and knowledgeable. We set up new service coming from Sprint and she got us new phones and ported over great! I look forward to the Verizon experience.

Julie was very knowledgeable about the new iphones when i wanted to upgrade.i initially came into the store because my phone was having problems turning on and off and she fixed it in 5 seconds. Johnathon was very quick setting up my new phone once it came in

My overall experience was great! A few hiccup’s with the porting of my number, not their fault, but overall extremely satisfied with my experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. Happy doing business with them.

In updating our phones Jessie worked with us and was efficient, thorough and very helpful. She had an unusually good attitude even though she had to stay after normal closing time to complete our transfers. I would highly recommend this store.
