Absolutely horrible service. We simply needed to pick up a phone we ordered online and the person working was too busy chatting with someone he’d already checked out to take care of us. He then pawned us off onto Dan who took another 20 minutes. All in all over 45 minutes to spindly pick up a phone we already paid for. Would leave zero stars if possible

I have been a Verizon crony for a while, but yesterday I was hating Verizon. Like many other companies they done some "questionable" marketing. I went into this store expecting one thing but was privy to another thing. Long story short, low key I was not happy about that and was ready to not do any business at all. With the help of Daveon, appreciate it bro you rock, I was able to get an understanding of what was going on and what I needed to do to get what I wanted.
