It is a bigger Verizon store than I'm use to they were friendly and helped me with my issue right away.

Informative, kind, helpful and gave good advice, even though they weren’t able to provide the service.

Mr. Moody, our sales representative, was awesome. He took time and helped us. He was such a fine young gentleman.

What you are told in the store is not what you get. Definitely do NOT get the Verizon Visa. Verizon does not care about retaining customers. It is insane how a modern corporation will apparently do everything it can to cause a customer to move on to a competitor. It has been downright MALICIOUS mistreatment by their representatives on the phone. But that's fine, done deal, we're moving on. Our three phone numbers probably don't mean anything to Verizon anyway. BYE!

Caleb provided excellent customer service to me and my husband. My husband needed a new phone and Caleb was very helpful. Thanks Verizon for hiring such an amazing clerk.

Leon and Patrick were the best ever. I have seldom in my 75 years experienced more patient and knowledgeable service and support. I now have a new modem and a new iPhone and it all works. A Miracle after a 4 day nightmare. I have experienced nothing but good from Verizon and I am a happy and loyal customer. Thanks Guys.

The lady that helped me was great and the other staff. I would say her name but would miss spell it.sorry but she answered all my questions and set up my phone repair because I have insurance on my phone.

Leo was amazing! He helped me out with so much! While he was busy with me he was also helping other reps with a great attitude. He was very nice and helpful! He really did go above and beyond to get me the help I needed no matter how long it took to get done he didn’t give up and I appreciate him so much for it!

Dan is, hands down, the most patient, kind, and professional individual I’ve encountered since recently moving to Tallahassee. I had issues with my iPhone SIM card this week and went to the store around 7: 30pm. Changing out a SIM card is pretty quick and easy, but we ran into issues and couldn’t contact Verizon because they were closed at that point. Dan and I worked diligently through my phone and tried everything to get my new SIM card activated for over 2 hours even though the store closed at 8pm.
I can’t say again how much I appreciated his help, his patience and understanding, and his professionalism while going above and beyond during that stressful time. We thought we couldn’t get it working so we went to leave, and that’s when my phone started working again. Dan really is an incredible guy and I am so grateful for him. If you need help with anything, go straight to Dan.

This is a great store that has great employees and is well managed. Caleb was willing to go the extra mile to get my mom's phone ported over to our family plan and even was willing to stay after to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, besides being very thoughtful and fun to chat with as the phone was ported. I don't typically leave reviews, but his service truly went above and beyond, and he should be commended.

Pat Hinson did a fantastic job and was really focused on providing polite, effective service. He is extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with kindness and speed. What a pleasure to see someone so focused on excellence.

Justin Milton is the bomb. So easy to work with, answered all our questions and concerns thoroughly, and got us the best plan and phone to fit our needs. Very trustworthy! No BS. Would highly recommend.
