Austin was AWESOME.he was the quickest rep I ever had, but nothing short of professional and caring of the product he was helping sale. I would differently come back just for him.
Walked into the store with a phone that had decided to quit working. Had tried the chat assistance and another instore assistant, both of whom were able to get the phone working again temporarily. Once it stopped again, I knew it was time for a change. The assistants in this store gave me the attention I needed, explained all possible options to me, including how to walk out with a working phone while I waited for the new one I ordered to arrive. Turns out I needed to upgrade two phones anyway and they provided me with the most cost-effective way to make all this happen.
I had an emergency situation that required extra help and service and wow did Mattie Kildow provide that for me. She worked with me to make sure I was able to get what I needed despite the red tape surrounding the issue. I am so grateful for Mattie's help this week-she is employee of the month for me!
Went in today for help and was told to call customer service for half of the interaction. Very strange. Never had to talk to a robot while standing in front of a human who is paid to help customers before.
Originally I went to the w.tenn store NEVER GO THERE but I was so happy once I entered the north Monroe store.they are 100% more helpful, knowledgeable, caring and patience and Daniel Ridgeday was more than awesome even after hours of sitting with me to resolve my issue he was still polite even when I wasn't and he made sure I left smiling and happy even with an up sale I left completely happy. THE BEST FOR SURE

Was helped by Pat Hinson, was in desperate need for a phone and fast. He provided me with quick and effective service, as well as getting me the best deal for my trade in! Was definitely a HUGE help.

Jordan was soooo fantastic to work with while upgrading my phone. He listened to what I was saying and got me exactly what I needed and offered extras without pressuring me. This is seriously how customer service reps and sales associates should be trained! It was also his friendly outgoing attitude that made it such a great experience! Today is my daughters first Prom, my phone broke and I am on the brink of tears. I ran to Verizon and everyone was busy (I was on such a tight timeline) Cedrick came right up to me, and fixed my phone within minutes, that’s awesome, but more impressive is his customer service, he genuinely wanted to make sure I was able to get pictures with my phone of my daughter today. Customer service goes a long way!
Jordan Jones was very kind and helpful! He made the process of getting my upgrade quick and easy. Everyone at the store was nice as well. Overall great experience. Definitely recommend Jordan!
These guys take good care of you, they aren't pushy about making a sale, and if you know what you want they can help you get it.
