I went in to have my wife’s and I new IPhone set up and Jules couldn’t not have been better. Great customer service will differently go back and recommend to family and friends.

Laziest employees and never actually helpful when needed, always a "can't do anything here" "or not something I would be able to do". Glad I'm switching carriers and paying 1/3 less for the same services.

Do not buy a phone from Curtis. He asked if we wanted a case and screen protector for our two I phone SE phones. What he didn't tell us is that he charged us over $200 with tax for these two cases and two screen protectors! Beware of this predator and take your business elsewhere. We returned the two SE I phones within a few days as the small screen size and low battery life were just not enough for us. He refused to refund us for the way overpriced cases.
The experience with Russell Cellular in North Port gets even worse as we got two Samsung A 42' s from them in early October but could not get service in our area of Port Charlotte so we were forced to return theses phones and get phones and service with AT &T. We returned our Samsung phones to Levi at Russell Cellular on October 11 and expected to receive credit on our bill. Russell Cellular never issued credit for these phones and Verizon wireless proceeded to take $ 1003.80 out of our bank account on October 20! We have tried repeatedly with both Russell Cellular and their parent company Verizon Wireless to get credit for our returned phones. Each time I talk to one of them they bounce me back to the other company while not crediting us for the return of the Samsung phones totalling $860. This has gone on for weeks now. Curtis at the Russell Cellular store said that they cannot run a credit through our account because we had ported our phone number to AT &T before returning our phones and he could no longer get into our account. Alex at Russell Cellular corporate assured us that she would have the district manager Brian Harvey reach out to us and that was one week ago. No phone call was ever received from him and she refused to give us his phone number so we could call him. Because of what appears to be theft from my wife and I, we are forced to take Russell Cellular North Port to small claims court to get our money back on our returned phones as we returned these phones well within the 30 day money back guarantee. Do not do business with these crooks.

I had to order my new iPhone 23 Pro with an expected arrival date of 22 Oct however to my delight it arrived 13 Oct.the set up and transfer of data went quickly and smoothly thanks our salesman Kurtis. I highly recommend!

Curtis at Verizon has the best customer service. He has always gone above and beyond with making sure he has covered everything with us. He never makes you feel rushed and gives you he undivided attention. I know they are busy at times but it is worth the wait when you get all your questions answered!

Purchased a new 12 pro max at this store while spending the winter with my parents. The phone had major issues and since I did not purchase at a "regular" Verizon store there was little they could do to help in MI. (Take heed if you would be in a similar situation) Also when I purchased the store manager not only knew this could be an issue for an out of state buyer, he also said the $17/mo insurance I "had to have" for the first month he would personally cancel it so I wouldn't have to in the future and deal with having to remember to do so. I hate those hidden fees. Well about 6 months later my husband noticed that I was paying $17/mo for insurance (approx. $102). The worst is when I called the store. The store manager said he would have never promised to do such a thing and proceeded to hang up on me. If he would have been a professional and said there might have been a miscommunication, or that he misspoke and was unable to cancel the fee. I would have not written this review. But be forewarned that if they do you wrong, they will not back their word, or deal with you in a professional manner and no other verizon store can correct your phone issues.

Levi handled the store well considering he was on his own. I had a seamless transfer of phones from my iPhone XR to iPhone 10 Pro. I’ve been with Verizon for years and I always have a great experience.

If there is only one employee and he is with someone they don't even bother greeting you.
I ordered a new tablet that they said they would notify me when it came in, they never did.
It seems they really can't be bothered with good customer service. I think this is typical for the industry but.

Fantastic experience at Verizon in North Port. Curtis was so helpful and patient. He walked us through a bunch of different scenarios in terms of trade-in values and new plans. And he helped us transfer our info to our new phones. He made what sometimes can be a hassle into a pleasant experience!

Russell's didn't have what I needed but what I needed was a little far-fetched but the service there was fantastic they were nice to me and they pointed me in the right direction.

This was the easiest phone purchase I have ever made. I was in and out within 45 minutes, which included transferring my data. While promos were offered, at no time did I feel any pressure for an upsell. Super friendly, easy going and genuinely nice guy. Thanks, Curtis!
