I would personally like to thank Jason Wallis for his patience, determination and kindness in helping me through a difficult phone issue. My phone had been wiped bare from some sort of system malfunction and retrival of data, texts, pictures, voicemail, email etc were almost non existent! I could see his frustration and he could see a women visablly upset at the thought of losing many memories that could not be replaced! Jason never gave up and got it all back! Thankyou so very much!

Ricardo was very helpful and made sure I was up and running before I left. And didn’t laugh at how little I know. When he suggested my husband help me, I told him that I know nothing and my husband knows less.

Be aware this store is NOT part of Verizon, they are independently owned, so they will charge you for just touching your phone. If you call C. S.they will advise you to use a Verizon store to avoid any charges that should be free.

Ricardo was great! He helped me get my phone set up and even reset all my setting in my car to add a device. He was super patient and helpful. Definitely knows what he is doing.

The representative was very helpful.helped me with my technical issues, helped me set up my skype and went over current offers I could take advantage on my account. Great service

Great experience with my agent he made sure to transfer everything from my old phone. I got a great promo from my old phone and the agent followed up with me to make sure I returned the phone and got my promotion. Great customer service totally recommended you guys to come see this guys

The sales man was nice enough, but what they don’t tell you is that this place is not actually Verizon. It’s an independently owned place. So any upgrade and one times fees you pay it to this place and then again to Verizon. Literally paying double. And not very clear on that until you get your bill. When speaking to Verizon customer service they said that this has been a problem with these type of places. Little con artists.

Shaq helped me with my “frozen” iPhone after many frustrating hours of my trying to fix it. She was a breath of fresh air and very helpful. She deserves 6 stars!

We unexpectedly needed to buy my daughter a new phone before she had to leave the country. We went in to Cellular Sales, Deland and were fortunate enough to meet Jason Wilson! He walked us through all of our options, was not pushy at all and answered all our questions and concerns. We bought the phone and an apple watch because of the special and left there happy! I made sure to tell him that we appreciated all his time and knowledge AND patience! I have never had a more positive experience under a stressful situation (since we were on a time crunch).
