Excellent customer service! There associate sat there and took his time with me until all my problems where sloved.

Service was incredible. Walked out with a new phone, operational with all my old phone contacts and app installed in under one hour. Abdel was fantastic; he knows his stuff and made sure everything worked. He even called me two days later to check that all was good.

Excellent service great support well trained employees they know what they do and what they say 5 stars!

The reps will tell you what you want to hear just to make a sale. Brought a brand new phone and after going back there after 7 attempts it is still not working.

Excellent store, great employees, KNOWLEDGEABLE. We worked with BO from KENTUKY on his first day. He was EXCELLENT. All worked as a team and ''KNEW THEIR STUFF'' I had to activate a phone that we had tried to ONLINE/VIA ROBOT for over 6 hours, CUSTOMER service on VERIZON is no longer. I made the mistake of mine my phone at Costco and was unable to activate it the workers were incompetent I took it to the Verizon store and I got BO

This guy who helped me was awsome. Very knowledgeable, very patient, very friendly. A real keeper. I would definitely, Italy come back and work with him again.

Today we came into the store and needed to ugrade our phones for the first time in years. We were worried about getting up and running and transferring all our data. The employees were extremely helpful and answered every question we had. They even made us coffee and help me work on my Spanish that I’ve been practicing. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

I went to the corporate store on Sheridan and tried lowering my bill, my bill was actually raised 15 dollars due to rep mistake then I came to this store told the rep that I was trying to save money and he caught the mistake the corporate store made and also offered me to enroll in auto pay which saved me 20 additional as well as removed feature for 5 dollars that I didn't know I had been paying for. Will come back here from now on and work with this rep.

Today I came to this store to ask questions about traveling with my phone to Greece. The staff was very helpful. In further conversation I was encouraged to look into upgrading my 6s 16 gig. I was having issues and was guided as to why. This enables me to make a better decision for my upgrade decision. The staff member was very educated, comfortable to deal with and I was happy in the end with my decision! It was a very nice walkthrough, transition and I am happy with my decision! Good job!

Albert did a great job helping us. Was shocked about the end price with the fees and taxes, but it is what it is. Definitely the best Verizon in Hollywood.

In an emergency situation we stopped at our Verizon store at 8: 30 at night. Marlon and Celeo were on site at our Hallandale Verizon store. They provided us with the most professional, informed, excellent service we have ever had.
They didn't stop until our issues were resolved with the best solution possible at the best value possible and stayed past closing.

We came in today to get an iPhone X after having an Android with a different company. The service here was great and very attentive and made adding a phone to the plan very simple. We were able to transfer all the information from the phone without a problem and things went very smoothly. Great store!
