Verizon Authorized Retailer – Russell Cellular, Nokomis FL

I am moving my cellphone business from Best But to the Verizon Nokomis Office. Caleb waited on me when I went in and helped me greatly with the problem with my phone. He was knowledgeable, courteous and most helpful. I am happy I switched. Looking forward to an excellent relationship with this office.

My experience here has always been a good one. Caleb has sold me many of phones and has helped me professionally at anytime I have needed his assistance. He is very knowledgeable with the products at Verizon. I highly recommend Russell cellular.

Despite the challenge of having a new system in their stores the staff was pleasant and efficient in getting me hooked up with my new phone.

This is by far the best Verizon store we have ever been in! Originally we visited the location on the other side of Venice off jacaranda. The other store only had one person trying to help numerous customers. This store is very spacious, has plenty of staff, and the associates are professional, courteous, and very helpful! My wife was so disgusted with her last experience I never thought she would even step foot in another cell phone retailer. Not only did she love the place she found a phone that would be perfect for all her needs! They went above and beyond to help us, and I don't think we will ever step foot into another Verizon store other than this one ever again if we can help it! Highly recommend!

Terrible Customer Service. I walked in the new store on Laurel Rd.and US 41 in Nokomis this afternoon with my 80-year old mother. She wanted to pay her bill and had never visited the store before.

As we walked in there were two sales people with two customer and no one else in the store. They did not greet us or tell us that they'll be with us once they finish with their current customers. They just kept their heads down and pretended we were invisible. After a minute or two, my mother approached one of the sales people and asked if she could just ask a question. Without even lifting his head to look at her he rudely stated, "I'm with a customer". I don't know about anyone else, but that isn't my idea of good customer service - a simply "welcome and we'll be with you soon" might be a good idea for future customers. I told my mother that it was time to leave and visit a corporate store. Oh, I did add that I thought the guys was an idiot for treating her so rudely as well.

Great customer service! Store manager, Kevin, is very knowledgeable. I am not "techie" at all.they are patient and helpful.

Went in with questions about data usage. The young gentleman was very helpful. Although he did say it was probably the phone. It is old but still gets the job done. By the way there was no wait time he was the only salesman their. But there was not a solitary Soul there. So of course we had prompt service. So if you need to have something done at a Verizon store this is the one.

I was very impressed with Kevins patience and attention to detail. He spent almost 2 hours with us, making sure we knew what to expect on our bill and showing us how to work our phones. He took the time to put our new cases on our phones and new tablet. Its rare you get a person in a sales position willing to take that much time to help customers. He made us feel like we were valued Customers!

Caleb was awesome. He was very patient with us. We were unsure what upgrade we wanted and he took the time to show us the different models and explain the differences. He made our experience very pleasant.

Phil is an interesting character. Caleb is very nice and helpful. Store small, but they got my new phone taken care of.

Caleb is the nicest most helpful technical sales associate! He's always so attentive to my mother. He's so gracious and funny.

Horrible service. They don't do anything they said they would do. Then they try to use the excuse that they can't do anything with your account, it has to be done through VERIZON customer service. Wouldn't do business there again if my life depended on it.

Beware, some of these people fast talk and mislead you. Then they wont give you a refund on the product. My wife was told a product would be no charge and then the bill shows up on the Verizon account.

It's okay, friendly enough service. Small store with small selection, upselling you will be the obvious priority.

Phil was the very best VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE DEALTH WITH IN 3 YEAR: he spent 1 1/2 hours with my son & I purchasing 2 iPhone 8’s. For my last 3 upgrades, Edward, from Russell Cellular always went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring my best interest at hand during my purchases. He now assists my friends and family with their purchases/upgrades and everyone has always had a smooth transaction (including my mother, brother and close friends).

Now that I live in NJ, I still call him for all of my cellular needs and still order from him because the service is that good and the process is seamless. This store and management are highly recommended!
