This company is human trafficking and stealing peoples' identities to do so. In addition, they are guilty of mortgage fraud on massive scale and responsible for dumping so much toxic waste in our community, it has been labeled a Superfund Waste Site. Our phones are pre hacked so as to support their Unconsensual Porn buisness with foreign countries, etc, etc. I Highly recommend you All watch your children and call your Congressman and the FCC to further investigate.

DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. TODAY Sept 27,2020- THANK GOD IN HEAVENS I LOOKED- $158.43 cents. WAS CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Only my monthly phone bill $40.oo should be applied. This is how they treat customers that have been with for many years. Verizon made me have other complaints but this is what I'm dealing with today from this address. Treason! They must be all friends here thats how place survives. Need make changes people! REMEMBER THIS: CUSTOMERS ARE THE ONES THAT PAY YOUR BILLS

(Forced to give 1 star, they no where near deserve that!) RUN FROM THIS COMPANY! Worst experience of my life was dealing with these thieving vultures! Took TWO WEEKS of calling and being on hold for hours just to get a very minimal solution to my problem. Had to finally break down and bug the manager of a local store here in Tx over and over again to get some kind of minimal resolution. Rude representatives who do not care to resolve ANY issue you have. Supervisor had to get on the line once and apologize for representative raising her voice at me. Not only that, but corporate has not returned my inquiries either, even they don't care! Disgusting company!

My company has perfect credit standing and is completely legit, after 3 days of farting around this company stinks on how they talk to people, it easier to get a bank loan than business service, they should just close the business service.

The rep kept saying he was new, what nationality do you have to be to work with a multi-billion dollar company selling services but you claim your new. STAY AWAY THEY DONT WANT SMALL BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (Small business is the backbone of America we provided jobs) they do everything to discourage you from applying unless your a large known company. They are so afraid to sell you services its ridiculous and has now become their business model, treat everyone like a criminal is Verizon business model. Im Rod

I worked in this office from June 2014 through December 2018. The building was built/finished in 2014, so it new compared to most Verizon facilities. There is an onsite cafeteria. The gym is for employees only and has only a nominal fee to join. There are large rooms for training and meetings available. A telepresence meeting room. Four floors, open office style with exterior views from any seat. This is just off of I4.

Verizon deactivated my account and requested photocopies of my Social Security Card, Driver's License, Vehicle Registration (which I gave them) at which time they reactivated my account for 4 hours, then locked it again and when I called them they wouldn't tell me why they locked it and they wouldn't tell me how to have it unlocked. Filing a complaint with BBB, FCC, CPS. The police say it is a civil matter and cannot do anything, meaning consumers have 0 protection against Verizon.

Fraudulent activity on my debit card removed my debit info and still got charged in one month it has been over 180$! Everytime I call they don’t wanna help or refund because it doesn’t show on there side well it shows on my bank info!

Fraudulent activity on my credit card at this location and they do not answer their phone to find out who used my card.
