Top notch facilities and trainers! My daughter has been riding at VBEC since 2022, and she has grown both as a rider and a person because of her time in their programs. They offer many different opportunities to show throughout the year and are a true barn family. We are so happy we found VBEC!

I give VBEC my highest recommendation. The facility is beautiful and the staff are all incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They are great with kids and adults alike. Alicia has been so accommodating, always finding a way for scheduling trail rides, lessons, and a riding clinic, even on very short notice, which is greatly appreciated. Also appreciated is the convenience of the consent form and payment method, just making everything super easy!

Our daughter’s 10th birthday party at VBEC was unforgettable for her and 3 friends. The guides were thorough and taught the girls so much about grooming and horse care in such a short time. The outdoor picnic area was perfect for lunch and cake to celebrate after the trail ride! A huge thanks to all at vbec for a memorable morning!

Starting the process for my daughter was a breeze, thanks in part to the welcoming and responsive staff. In particular, an instructor named Michael has been fantastic with my 16-year-old daughter, who has ASD, Level 1, and finds it hard to be around people. His professionalism, coupled with his kind, encouraging demeanor, has helped her feel at ease. His ability to generate enthusiasm in her about riding is truly commendable.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Vero Beach Equestrian Club! Our experience here has been absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, kindness, and professionalism.

My kids were initially quite scared of horses, but the team went above and beyond to make them feel right at home. They took the time to introduce them to the horses, explain their behavior and habits, and even let them participate in gentle grooming sessions. It was heartwarming to see my kids transform from hesitant to enthusiastic as they developed a newfound love and respect for these magnificent animals. Not easy with teenagers who have never rode before.

The trainers at the club are not only highly skilled but also incredibly patient. They tailored the lessons for children's comfort level, making sure the experience was both educational and enjoyable. It's evident that they genuinely care about their students and horses alike.

The facilities are top-notch, with well-maintained riding areas and a clean, organized environment. Safety measures are clearly a priority, which gave us peace of mind as parents.

I am So grateful to have discovered VBEC. It has changed my daughters life as well of ours. It is an incredible place, has magnificent instructors and camps. My 14 year old daughter started her horseback riding adventure here and loves it. The facility’s are amazing and the staff is so helpful! They are willing to work with your schedule and are always around to help.

We've had such a great experience at VBEC over the past 2 years! They have created a special community of riders advancing their horse skills in a social and supportive environment. Our daughter has participated in the Saturday Riding Academy, lessons, and shows and has truly grown under the amazing direction of her trainer, Alicia. She also looks forward to seeing her barn friends and spending time with the many horses on the picturesque grounds. We highly recommend!

VBEC is an excellent facility. The barns and grounds are beautiful. Alicia is a wonderful instructor for both children and adults with all levels of experience. If you are looking to compete or even just starting out, VBEC is the place to go!

Alicia is an AMAZING instructor! She exudes patience, knowledge and a GENUINE care for the students. Even over one lesson the student shows progress, learning a skill that was lacking at the onset. She uses multiple educational techniques that aid the student in learning, at all of the various skill levels.

The facility has many fine school horses, appropriate for each of the skill levels, permitting onsite growth, as well as experience handling different horse "personalities", all to improve the rider's skills.

I look forward to riding at VBEC every week. It’s such a beautiful environment. The horses are happy, healthy, and clean. Alicia does an amazing job running their top tier facility!

Vero Beach Equestrian Club has a beautiful equestrian facility. There are three arenas and a cross country. The covered arena saves us on the hot days. I always look forward to coming to the barn to see my barn friends—the best type of friends. I have been riding at Vero Beach Equestrian for three years now. I love how many opportunities for training and showing they offer and they want you to succeed and have fun. Alicia, my trainer, has made me the rider I am today. For every lesson, I am excited to see what Alicia has planned for us. She is knowledgeable and will help remove obstacles in the path. Every horse at VBEC is well kept and happy. I love how they take care of my horse, Lucy, daily!

Beautiful, gorgeously-maintained facility in bucolic farm area of Vero Beach. Friendly and knowledgeable owners, staff and instructors who make first-time visitors and riders feel comfortable; lovely group of kids riding together, learning and forming friendships. Our daughter has been riding for about a year, and it’s amazing how much she has learned, and how confident she feels around these giant, sweet animals, with the guidance and patience of her riding instructors.

If you're looking for a great place to learn how to ride horses in a safe and friendly environment, then the Vero Beach Equestrian Club is where it's at! The instructors are super cool - they really know their stuff and are always patient and supportive. My daughter loves going there for her weekly lessons, and it's awesome to see her picking up new skills each time. The best part is that the instructors totally get her and are able to customize their teaching to suit her needs. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough!

Tldr: Yes, it's worth it!

My family is new to horseback riding. It was something our daughter expressed interest in so we signed her up. Unfortunately, we signed up at a different barn and didn't have the best experience. We had issues with inconsistent trainers, horses, and even pushing groups lessons when our daughter didn't have foundational knowledge. So we left and looked for a new place, and that's when we came across Vero Beach Equestrian Club.

VBEC is an hour south for us (we live in Brevard County) and the cost was double the old place. We still gave them a try with 1 lesson to see how it would go and our daughter fell in LOVE with the staff, horses, and facilities. My husband and I quickly learned you get what you pay for. VBEC is not only worth the cost, it's worth the drive.

Also, a special shout out to our daughter's trainer Michael. He is AMAZING! Our daughter responds to positive encouragement but also needs someone who is going to push her and Michael manages to do both with ease. We love his focus on fundamentals! Every lesson our daughter walks away a better rider than when she walked in.

We have been coming to Vero Beach Equestrian Club weekly for over two years now for lessons. The facility, faculty, and horses are so nice and professional. We are thrilled to be a part of the VBEC community. Definitely recommend for lessons or boarding!
