Hi tried calling for information and whoever picked up was very RUDE on the phone! I just asked for pricing and she hung up the phone and blocked me. This person has ZERO respect. I was only looking for a groomer. Disrespectful!

Very friendly people. Very helpful. The groomer Mia did a excellent job with my dog. He looks great.

Anna was always the best groomer for my 15 year old Holly. Anna was kind, and my Holly really enjoyed her grooming. My Holly passed away peacefully from brain tumor. We are going to rescue another fur baby, and will definitely have Anna back for a great groomer. Thank you Anna for all you did for our Holly

This isn’t for the owner since she clearly could care less about how people feel. This is for the general public that may want to schedule an appointment with “very important paws”. She’s extremely rude. I understand people are busy but she clearly had time since she me back. When she did I asked if there was a weight limit. She asked what kind of dog and I told her the breed. She asked how much she weighed and I told her 45 lbs. She then said “no over my limit goodbye” and hung up the phone. I tried calling her back to ask why she hung up on me but declined the call. I texted her, she read it and didn’t respond. Completely unprofessional and extremely rude. After reading these reviews and seeing how she responds to her paying customers, it made it clear that she isn’t just having a busy day today. She’s just that rude. Take your business elsewhere. I have a mobile groomer coming to my house this Tuesday thank goodness it didn’t work out with this lady.

Have taken my Chihuahua twice even though she could bite and they know how to handle her without a problem, happy with there service.

Called for general questions today because I saw the mobile truck in my area. Someone answered with a general hello. Without a greeting nor asking " How can I help you". I had to ask her is this "VIPaws"? Still then she didn't show any concerns on what services I needed. When I asked her a question she referred me to the site. Bad business especially for a small business. At least start off with a warm greeting to potential new customers.

Ana you are unprofessional and rude in your response. I explained clearly it was a trim. A TRIM is not difficult for true groomer. You can say whatever you want but my dog is gentle so your remarks proves that you treated him harshly. He did not pee and he is trained and behaves. It’s definitely YOU as animals can smell evil. Never did my previous PROFESSIONAL groomer complained. I will be returning to my previous groomer and I will make sure everyone I meet knows how rude, unprofessional and obviously harsh you treat the dogs. As a professional if he was so impossible to work with then you should have stopped and return him. That is what professionals do. You didn’t. So it shows you butchered him out of anger. Now I believe all those bad reviews must be true. You just respond with insults proving the type of person you are. I hope people get to know the real you. A real professional business cares about their customers asks them if they are happy or satisfied. You never asked because YOU did not care. I expressed how I felt when I texted yesterday after you rushed off as I trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. You never responded, not even an apology. You are not a professional business person. Your pictures are misleading and misleading advertising is illegal. You need professional training both in grooming (as those certificates must be digitally altered) and in etiquette.

HORRIBLE! First of all i was looking at my puppy through the window to see how she was doing and then i see this lady hit my dog on the head with the clippers after that when both my dogs came inside i saw there was blood on the floor so i looked at their paw and she literally clipped my other dogs paw it was lifted, ive never experienced something like this with pet groomers, i hope no one goes to her anymore because what else is she doing to these dogs when we arent looking.

Ana has been grooming our Schnauzer for a about a year. We have never had any issues. Morty always looks like a million dollars afterwards. Ana has always been friendly and professional with us. Any time I needed to communicate with Ana she always answered my questions. We have NO problems at all.

Ana has done a fantastic job grooming and developed a great rapport immediately with our dog Coco where other groomers had trouble. Our dog Coco has special needs which Ana handles without any problem at all and takes great control of taking good care of her job at hand. Ana has been on time and price is very reasonable. Also a great convenience especially for special needs & handicapped small dogs. Great service!

I live in south Florida but when I visit family in Port St Lucie, I need a groomer for my 6 pound Biewer Terrier. We found Ana and she is just fantastic. She came to our home on time and groomed our dog in very timely manner. She is very nice and listens to the customer. She had great technique for shaving, cutting and styling our dog. Her prices are very reasonable. Overall we are very satisfied and most importantly our dog looks beautiful and is happy! I would definitely recommend Ana!

Ana burnt my fur baby so bad in his genitalia area. He was red and sore for a week. Had to take him to the vet. Also, constantly raises her prices after she has groomed your dog. This is Margo Collis. Milo’s mommy. I WAS your client.

I called to try and make an appointment for my dog the lady was rude and only takes dogs up to 25 pounds!

Anna did a good job but she had a bad attitude and she told me after I dropped the dogs off that her price increased. She repeatedly said I told you. I told her no you did not tell me. I paid double the amount that I was used to paying. She did not want to take my debit card so she told me my card was declined and she never ran my card. My bank asks me did I just use my card and they give me the amount.

Ana has a wonderful way with dogs, and she is pleasant to humans too! She does a great job with grooming and has reasonable pricing. Highly recommended.
